Study On The Assessment Index System Of Safety Culture In Enterprises

Currently work safety situation is still severe, though it is improved in current China.How to reduce work safety accidents, and enhance safety consciousness of the whole peopleare not only difficult problems that should be urgently solved by the theory circle, but alsourgent needs for the harmonious development of society in our country. Undoubtedly,constructing enterprise safety culture, and achieving inbeing safety of person providefundamental approaches to settling these problems, while the scientific and objectiveassessment of enterprise safety culture is a foundation task of construction of enterprise safetyculture, furthermore offers targets, directions, and action guides to constructing enterprisesafety culture.In this paper, main works are as follow:First, from a cultural perspective, definition of enterprise safety culture concept,emphasized features of people-oriented in enterprise safety culture, and summarized theattribute and effects of culture, Furthermore analysis continuation attribute and effects ofsafety culture in enterprise. Introduced the concept of the third type of hazard, and analyzedAccident-Causing theory of the third type of hazard.Secondly, the methods and ways in building four Basis of index system of safety culturein enterprises, and building conceptual model of assessment index system of safety culture inenterprises. Based on this conceptual model, and building the assessment index system ofsafety culture in enterprises by the assessment standards of enterprise safety culturedeveloping. the whole system includes nine first grade indexes, and thirty second indexesincluding in assessment index system of safety culture in enterprises. The theory of fuzzymathematics build enterprise fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of safety culture inenterprises and to use AHP to determine safety culture evaluation system, nine-level indicators and 30 secondary indicators of the weight and make a test of its consistency. Use ofcorporate safety culture evaluation system designed questionnaire and a questionnairereliability and validity of the test.Finally, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of a coal chemical companiesin Northern evaluate safety culture and, based on evaluation results, by improving the safetyculture of the company business proposal. Evaluation results more in line with the actualsituation of the company, this evaluation system to verify the operational and rationality.
