The diamond bead wire sawing method is an advanced processing method in the modern stone industry.The wire sawing machine products based on this technology are widely used in the mining industry.At present,the technology of wire saw products on the market is mature,and most of the subject product research focuses on mechanical stability and machine cutting efficiency,and there is a lack of human-machine interaction usability research for product users.Excellent mechanical products not only need to meet functional needs,but also need to improve product usability and user experience to meet psychological needs,thereby improving product differentiation and market competitiveness.Therefore,it is very necessary to design the human-machine interaction of the wire saw product,improve its human-machine interaction interface and product interaction function,and improve the operation efficiency and user satisfaction.First,this article summarizes the development history,research content and technical points of wire saw products at home and abroad.Secondly,this article summarizes the method of human-machine interaction design of mechanical products,and conducts the theoretical application summary and design element analysis of the wire saw machine product.Then,compare the mainframe modules,controller modules and bracket modules of the market products through competitive product analysis;divide users into novice users and expert users to conduct interviews to understand user needs;establish user models and locate product functions;determine the wire saw Design principles of machine products.The design principles of the controller include accuracy,ease of use,feedback and aesthetics.The design principles of the whole machine include safety,expressiveness,refinement and simplicity.After that,this paper analyzes the human body physiological size data and important user interaction behaviors,determines the functional size of the wire saw machine product and the design optimization direction of each human-machine interaction part;conducts the design practice of the wire saw machine product based on human-machine interaction.Including controller module,host module,bracket module and product accessories.Finally,this article evaluates the design scheme of the wire saw machine product,establish the interface usability evaluation model of the wire saw controller.Through eye tracking test and subjective evaluation method to verify the controller of human-machine interaction interface usability,through expert group subjective evaluation method to verify the feasibility of the overall design scheme.The design and research plan of the wire saw machine effectively improves the user's operating efficiency and user experience,improve the product's man-machine usability and market competitiveness,and provide a reference for the man-machine interaction design and evaluation of wire saw mining machinery products.
