With the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of science and technology,the intelligent household appliances has become one of the main trends in the development of household appliances.Intelligent rice cookers are essential appliances for households,how to maximize the use mode and functions of Intelligent rice cookers to meet users' needs and achieve perfection user experience is now a focus in the study of intelligent rice cooker design.This project takes the MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker launched by Foshan fanxiaoer rice cooking robot technology Co.,Ltd.in 2019 as the research object.On the basis of previous exploration,combined with the current trend of fully automatic development of intelligent rice cooker,a new "human-machine" communication design idea is proposed from the perspective of human-machine interaction concept,which is applied to the user interface design of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker.A human-machine interface suitable for MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker is designed by means of satisfaction questionnaire,user interview,eye tracking technology experiment and other scientific methods to make up for the deficiency of its operation method design.At the same time,it is found in the process of use that the MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker is difficult to clean and replace new rice varieties when users need it,which will greatly reduce the user experience.Based on this problem,the improved design of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker is carried out on the basis of the existing technology.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,after sorting out and summarizing the relevant literature of this subject,this paper expounds the theoretical and technical basis of the follow-up eye tracking experiment and the improvement of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker rice box,the theories related to human-computer interaction concept,eye tracking technology and TRIZ theory are mainly introduced.Secondly,eye tracking experiment is the core of this study.Through the eye tracking test of three designed MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker interfaces,the eye tracking experimental data and behavior index data are obtained,and the evaluation and analysis are carried out by combining satisfaction questionnaire survey and user interview.In view of the usability problems encountered by the test subjects in the experimental operation,some improved design suggestions in line with user habits are put forward,and the interface of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker was improved to design a human-machine interface of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker with higher user satisfaction and easier operation.Thirdly,improving the rice box of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker is one of the focuses of this paper.According to the core of human-machine interaction concept and the analysis of user needs,under the guidance of TRIZ conflict resolution theory,it is concluded that the rice box in the detachable aspect constitutes the technical conflict that the remaining rice will fall from the connection port when the rice box is cleaned and new rice varieties are replaced.Based on this problem,a scheme of detachable rice box is designed to improve the rice box of MBIH-R3 intelligent rice cooker.Fourthly,according to the principle of steering gear and photoelectric sensor,the detachable rice box control system is designed,and the control system design block diagram is drawn.Moreover,Proteus and Keil Vision4 software are combined to debug and imitate the control system.Finally,the feasibility of the actual application of the rice box feeding system is verified through experiments.
