The prosperity of a country is a kind of process in which the wealth is accumulated.The manufacturing industry not only provide material goods for us but also promote the accumulation of wealth.Meanwhile the development of CNC machine tools which play a strategic role shows the level of a nation manufacturing and promotes the development of national economy at the same time.With the development of globalization and technicalization,intelligent CNC center has replaced traditional machine tools.Intelligent control system now becomes a guarantee for CNC companies and the human-machine interaction interface which acts as a role of information transmission and feedback has become a key point for CNC research.In order to improve the visual comfort and efficiency of the CNC Human Machine Interaction interface,a Human Machine Interaction interface optimization design model based on the visual perception was proposed.Firstly,the visual perception grading method of the Human Machine Interaction interface was established based on visual characteristics and distribution features of cone cells.Secondly,the priority grading method and analytic hierarchy process was scientifically used to measure the rank of importance level of visual perception element.Finally,we constructed the Human Machine Interaction interface optimization design model according to visual perception grades and the importance of visual perception elements.and then used genetic algorithm to solve the model.At last we validate the effect of the design model according to the method of semantic differential scale.At the end of the passage we set a practical example of optimized design of cutter compensation of CNC.We figure out visual communication index of both original interface and optimized one to calidate this model.Research on the Human-Machine Optimization Design Method of CNC based on the Visual Perception Elements not only provides a kind of scientific and feasible design method for the design of the human-machine interaction interface,but also offer references to the follow-up study of human-machine interaction interface.
