As one of the important mechanical equipment in comprehensive mechanized mining face,the performance of scraper conveyor directly affects the production capacity and efficiency of coal industry.Existing drive system of scraper conveyor usually takes induction motor as a drive motor,equipped with the reducer to achieve low speed and high torque output.The reducer will lead to the increase of power consumption,frequent maintenance and easy to failure of the drive system.In this paper,a dual three phase direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed without reducer,the works are as follows:Firstly,the mathematical model of the dual three-phase permanent magnet motor is established to obtain the inductance matrix in the traditional d-q coordinate system through coordinate transformation.According to different winding forms,the influence of concentrated winding and distributed winding on motor parameters is studied,and the influence of four rotor structures,i.e.one-sided,V-shaped,V-shaped and double-V-shaped,on the utilization ratio of reluctance torque is analyzed.Secondly,a dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed.Three kinds of pole slot match are selected for comparative analysis,and the electromagnetic performance are compared.The finite element method software is used for modeling and simulate to further optimize the rotor magnetic circuit structure.The changeable rule of flux linkage and inductance with the AC-DC axis current is analyzed by changing the AC-DC axis current.The output torque performance of the motor under different working conditions is analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the three-dimensional temperature field of the motor,the effect of the spiral,circumferential and axial Z-shaped water channel structures on the motor's heat dissipation and the pressure drop of the water channel pipe were analyzed.Through the analysis of the temperature rise cloud atlas of winding and permanent magnet,re-optimize the design of the electromagnetic scheme is carried out.
