Gas overrun and explosion accidents are the most serious accidents in coal mine safety production.As the key equipment to realize the task of gas transportation,how to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of gas extraction pump has been the focus and difficulty of the research of coal industry science and technology personnel.The automatic control system of gas extraction pump described in this paper is based on the actual operation of the equipment in a mine in Weibei.The goal is to take the negative pressure as the feedback correction signal,keep it within the set range,and realize the stable operation of the equipment.Taking the gas extraction pump system as the research object,this paper uses the ISO A algorithm to identify the system model.On this basis,the ISOA-PID and IMC control schemes are designed,and then the identification accuracy of the system model and the performance of the control scheme are verified under different working conditions.Aiming at the problem that SOA algorithm has low convergence speed and accuracy,and is prone to local optimization in the late iteration,this paper proposes an ISOA algorithm,which not only solves the problem that the algorithm is easy to fall into local optima in the late iteration,but also does not increase the complexity of the algorithm,According to the characteristics of gas extraction pump such as large inertia and large delay,the high-order object transfer function model is selected as the identification model of the system.Then the parameters of the system model are identified by using ISOA algorithm,and the reliability of the identified system model is analyzed under two working conditions of start-up and shutdown.Finally,the control scheme of gas extraction pump system based on ISOA-PID and IMC is designed.Through step response,robustness and anti disturbance tests,the control performance of different schemes is compared and analyzed.Compared with the standard SOA algorithm,ISOA algorithm has higher convergence accuracy,faster convergence speed,and stronger overall search ability.The error analysis between the model output and the actual output shows that the maximum relative error of the model is 4.33%and the average relative error is 2.28%under the startup condition,and the maximum relative error is 7.62%and the average relative error is 1.48%under the shutdown condition.It shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual data,and the method of using ISOA algorithm to identify the gas extraction pump model is reliable and effective.Compared with the traditional PID control strategy,the speed,robustness and anti disturbance performance of ISOA-PID and IMC control strategies have been greatly improved.It has been applied in the gas extraction pump system with smaller overshoot,faster regulation speed and better stability,and good control effect has been obtained.
