The article puts emphasis on introducing the project design of the control system as a whole ,then the design of the hardware and software of intelligent instrument in detail.The dryer part with control system to steam jet heat pump of paper making flow is the improvement on primary system .Production practice proves that the project of the control to heat pump system has practicability and it is an energy saving technique with good future because it cost lesser money,can be applied easily and need little modification on the basis of the primary system.The technique can be applied not only to paper making industry,but also to other manufacturing which make use of steam as energy.If all the industries improve themselves according to the project which can save a lot of energy to our society,our living environment will be improved greatly.In the improved flow,the control to heat pump system is the key part.The performance of the control system is referred to the whole technological flow.So in the design of the control system,the more important thing we need to do is ensuring it to work reliably besides establishing its framework according to performance index and functional requirement.A reliable control system not only can control the object fleetly and effectively,but also has the qualities of faster response speed and higher control precision.Intelligent instrument is the core of the control system and it is made up of hardware and software.An intelligent instrument with predominant performance should not only has reliable hardware but adopt advanced control algorithm. The Fuzzy–PID multiple control algorithm is adopted in the design of intelligent instrument.The Fuzzy -PID multiple control not only has the advantage of simple domination principle and elaborate update of classical PID controller but also has the advantage of flexibility of fuzzy controller, which enhance the control precision of the system.Energy is the essential substance on that the human being lives and develops.The steam is used in every walk of life as a kind of energy,but there exist the problems that the heat energy is not used fully and the energy is wasted seriously.In view of the economic benefit,more and more production departments are attempting to design and make use of equipment that not only can save energy but also is good for our environment. With the improvement of automatic control theory and technique,the automation level of the modern industrial process rises constantly and it becomes an important symbol to weigh the modernization of every walk of life.And the control to energy-efficient equipment system emerges as the times require.
