With the continuous increase of coal mining depth,the ventilation system will gradually become complicated,increasing the difficulty of supplying air-flow in various working areas in the underground mine,making the maintenance of the ventilation system and disaster control a major problem at present.At present,the evaluation of mine ventilation system is mainly through the establishment of a single evaluation model to evaluate the whole.The evaluation result of the mine ventilation system can only be obtained from a macro perspective,and the influence of the ventilation effect of the local air use area on the overall evaluation is ignored,making it impossible for wind-induced accidents.Effectively discover from the root cause.Therefore,how to establish an evaluation index system from a micro perspective and apply intelligent evaluation methods for comprehensive analysis have become the key to solving the problem.In view of the above problems,firstly,combined with the theory of mine ventilation,the air area of the ventilation system is divided.According to the wind demand of different levels and different mining areas,the mine ventilation system wind area is divided into 5 types of wind area types,namely the type of air inlet section,the type of wind area for coal mining face,and the type of wind area for driving face.Area type,return air section type and chamber air area type;then,the actual ventilation factors of each air area type are selected based on scientific and feasibility principles as the evaluation indicators,which are real-time measurable and comparable ventilation factors.The relevant standards divide the evaluation grades into 4 categories:excellent,good,qualified,and unqualified,and quantitatively analyze the value range of each evaluation index level to determine an independent evaluation index system for each type of wind use area;Then use the principle of minimum relative information entropy to fuse the subjective weight determined by the analytic hierarchy process with the objective weight information determined by the entropy weight method,the mean square error method and the coefficient of variation method to determine the combined weight,so that the evaluation index weight information is dynamically adjusted with the monitoring index data;Finally,the attribute interval recognition model is used to evaluate the ventilation quality of each wind area,the attribute measurement function of each evaluation index is given in detail,the single index evaluation level measurement value is determined,and the combined weight information of each evaluation index is combined for multi-index comprehensive evaluation,Obtain the evaluation results according to the confidence criterion,and complete the dynamic evaluation of each atomic wind area.Based on the assessment results of the ventilation quality of the atomic wind area,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each wind area type in the composite wind area to which it belongs,and combined with the wind area type,the air supply information of each atomic wind area is dynamically adjusted Weight,construct a two-level comprehensive evaluation method and a PNN neural network comprehensive evaluation model to complete the comprehensive evaluation of the ventilation quality of the compound wind area.Based on the algorithm research of the ventilation quality intelligent evaluation model,the development and implementation of the ventilation quality intelligent evaluation system is completed by using Visual Studio 2015 and PyCharm 2017 development tools.The experimental results show that the application of the developed mine ventilation quality intelligent evaluation system,combined with the limited ventilation data of Dongtan Coal Mine,is evaluated,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual results,which verifies the scientificity and accuracy of the division of wind regions,the evaluation index system and the evaluation algorithm,It also verified the feasibility and practicality of the intelligent evaluation software.
