Nowadays,textiles are developing in the direction of intelligence,interaction and high function integration.The number of disabled elderly people and bedridden patients in china is increasing rapidly.Monitoring real-time health data of bedridden patients and targeted analysis play important roles in complications prevention of bedridden patients and the design of corresponding care and rehabilitation products.Relevant concepts and research methods of kensi engineering were introduced,and the concept of health monitoring textiles were defined while introducing the user-centered health monitoring textiles related design concepts.User analysis of bedridden patients is combined to define the scope and methods of health monitoring and three design principles of health monitoring textiles: the ease of use,safety,systematic and two design methodology: the situational modeling design and humanized material design are summarized.Analyzes the design elements of bedridden patient's health monitoring textiles from three aspects: shape,material and function.Refines the user's emotional intention to get 4 groups of users' typical emotional image vocabulary pairs: "Durable-Consumable","Concise-Various","Professional-Randoml" and "Comfortable-tough" by introducing the design method of kensi engineering,and based on the 7-level SD method to establish evaluation levels for typical emotional images.Using the same method to obtain 4 User's key somatosensory evaluation characteristics: “comfortability”,“glossy”,“massiness”,“hardness”,and integrate the perceptual elements.In the case study,defines the design pain points of Dignity bed-ridden patients' hospital gown,and use Arduino to collect health detective data and build up the mock-up and final model.The innovation of this research is to summarize the methods and principles of health monitoring textile design from the perspective of industrial design.Althrough the analysis of user and the definition of health detective textile monitoring methods and content,three principles and two methods of health textile design are summarized.At the same time,the emotional elements are brought into the research of intelligent textile design.The degree of physical comfort determines the length of the patient's wearing and the convenience of putting on and taking off the styling structure.Whether the nurse wears the patient's medical suit is no longer purely from the function into the shape of the textile.Structural design.Use the method of perceptual engineering to introduce the user's emotional intention and integrate the perceptual elements.
