| Based on the summary of the concepts,theories and research status of transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style,engagement and team performance at home and abroad,this paper used the leadership style scale,engagement measurement scale and team performance scale to conduct a survey in Quanzhou footwear related enterprises.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,this paper discussed the the relationship between transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style,employee engagement and team performance.This paper mainly studied the influence of leadership styles on employee engagement,the impact of employee engagement on team performance,and the mediating role of employee engagement in leadership styles and team performance.Through the correlation analysis of the variables,we found that: Transformational leadership style has a positive impact on employee engagement.Vision motivation,individualized consideration,moral modeling and leadership charisma will have a positive effect on employee engagement.Contingency reward and active exception management are positively correlated with employee engagement.There is a significant correlation between team performance and leadership charisma,vision motivation,moral modeling,individualized consideration,contingency reward and active exception management.There is a significant correlation between employee engagement and team performance.Through the analysis of the mediating role,we found that: Employee engagement mediates between transformational leadership style and team performance.Employee engagement mediates between transactional leadership style and team performance.At the end of this paper,we discussed the guiding significance of the study to practical work,and pointed out the shortcomings of this study and the future research directions. |
