Coal mine operation is still the high-risk industry with the largest number of accidents and casualties in China due to its characteristics such as difficult working conditions,complex production process,serious natural disasters and easy to cause mass death and injury accidents.In order to standardize the safe production behavior of coal mine enterprises,the government and coal mine departments at all levels have continuously improved the relevant safety systems,laws and regulations,and increased safety investment.However,the safety accidents in the coal field are frequent.Many scholars have shown that employees safety behavior is the basis guarantee safety of coal mine,and the leadership style of managers has important influence on the safety of miners.Traditional coal mine enterprises adopt the negative leadership style such as authoritarianism and use the authority of leaders to take the negative measures such as punishment and rectification to carry out safety management,and achieve good results in a short period of time.However,safety accidents such as accident which results in minor wounds still occur frequently in the process of coal mine safety production.Transformational leadership can be recognized,respected and trusted by subordinates by using its strong personality charm and higher ethical standards,exploring the potential and advantages of employees,paying attention to the needs and aspirations of employees,care for their health and safety,and encourage employees to join in coal mine safety production voluntarily,ultimately affect the safety performance of coal mine enterprises.First of all,based on the deductive inference of leadership theory and safety behavior theory,clarifying the mechanism of transformational leadership on miners'safety behavior,this study constructed the structural equation model of transformational leadership and miners'safety behavior to analysis the direct function relationship of transformational leadership and miners'safety behavior.Secondly,the Bootstrap method was used to test the mediate function of leadership identity between transformational leadership and miners'safety behavior for exploring the mechanism of transformational leadership on safety behavior.Thirdly,the regulatory fit with motivational characteristics is introduced into the study of transformational leadership and employee safety behavior,and the regulatory effects of promotion and prevention on leadership identity and safety behavior are tested.Finally,on the basis of the comprehensive research conclusions,the safety management countermeasures with transformational characteristics are proposed for high-risk enterprises by utilizing the traits of transformational leadership's influence on employee safety behavior.The results of the study show that transformational leadership and its four dimensions-visionary vision,individualized consideration,morale modeling,charisma are significantly and positively related to the employee safety compliance and employee safety participation.The visionary vision and morale modeling more actively affect the miners'safety compliance;Transformational leadership emphasizes on actively participation and at the same time requires employees to comply with safety rules;Leadership identity plays a complete mediation role in transformational leadership on miners'safety compliance and employee safety participation;The regulatory fit between managers and miner has regulatory effect between leadership identity and the safety behavior,and the high degree of regulatory fit will enhance the mediate effect of identification of miners to managers.The paper clarifies the relationship between transformational leadership and safety behavior of miners,and provide theoretical guidance to improve the level of transformational leadership of front-line managers of coal mines and the impact of front-line managers on safety behavior of miners,which is conducive to preventing the occurrence of unsafe behavior of miners and ensuring the safety production of coal mining enterprises.
