| Polyurethane is a widely-used polymer material.The domestic consumption of polyurethane accounts for half of the world.The production of polyurethane has great market potential under the strong market demand.In recent decades,Chinese polyurethane production technology has developed rapidly,and the scale of production has expanded significantly.However,problems such as scattered management of production site and "information island" of production data have arisen,which limit the further development of enterprises.It is of great significance to build a unified production data center and design an information system that can monitor the production site and query the production data.The research group developed the first to third phase polyurethane synthesis ingredient monitoring system for Amway Company.Each reactor is independent of each other,and the data is kept locally,and the level of informatization is very low.In view of the shortcomings of the existing system and the needs of enterprises to build an overall information system,this paper takes the batching monitoring system from phase I to phase III as the research object,and puts forward a batching information system based on B / S architecture by applying database technology,OPC communication technology and web technology.The main contents of the information system include: Through industrial Ethernet technology,to form all decentralized reactor monitoring system as a complete production network system,which lays the foundation for data acquisition and storage;by saving the production data of each reactor to the data center,we design and build a unified database to store employee information,production formula and production data of all sites;the centralized monitoring web interface based on asp.net framework completes data acquisition and data archiving through OPC Technology for on-site batching control PLC and upper computer configuration software,and completes centralized monitoring of various decentralized reactors;the data visualization platform is based on asp.net framework,which is arranged on the web side.Through the query interface to access the database center,the query results are obtained and visualized by using the Echarts control to realize the functions of query,statistics and analysis of production data.The system of reaction kettle ingredient designed in this paper improves the level of informatization of polyurethane production and management,liberates more productivity and promotes rapid development of enterprises. |
