Product is the carrier of function,what people need is the function of the product,not the product itself.The function is generated due to the interaction of substances,and further due to the existence of corresponding attributes of substances.The interaction of attributes produces certain effects,and the reaction to the action object is the function.Material attributes are the basis of function generation and the essence of function expression.This article analyzes and solves the conflict problems in the technical system based on material attributes.Through the combination of material attributes and problem analysis methods,the efficiency of problem analysis is improved.The TRIZ problem-solving tools are integrated,refined and sublimated from the perspective of attributes,Improve the number of available methods for solving conflict problems and the quality of solving problems.This article first introduces component attributes from a system perspective,further introduces the combination of functional expression and attributes,analyzes the relationship between attributes and functions,explains the difference and connection between attributes and technical characteristics,then systematically classifies component attributes.An attribute knowledge base was established and then elicit conflicts,compare innovative methods and tools,expect to combine attributes with mainstream problem analysis methods and tools,to resolve conflicts and make up the TRIZ board.In terms of problem system conflict analysis,combining material attributes and function analysis to form a function-behavior-structure-attribute analysis model,to provide a preliminary analysis of the problem system and intuitively express the operation of the technical system,which is beneficial to the problem system further analysis.Combining attributes with matter-field analysis explains the mechanism of function and provides a theoretical basis for solving conflict problems.The combination of material attributes and functional model analysis can improve the efficiency of problem analysis and understand the interaction mechanism of components,thus laying the foundation for the find and resolution of conflict problems.Further application of causal analysis to determine the minimum conflict area.In terms of conflict resolution,the combination of material attributes and the ENV analysis model to analyze conflict issues can essentially dig out the root causes of conflicts and clarify the nature of conflicts.Starting with component attributes to analyze the problem avoids the problem transformation process of TRIZ theory and reduces the probability of secondary problems.Based on component attributes,form the attribute operation method of this article-change the function unit attribute method and function reorganization method.The problem-solving tools of TRIZ theory are effectively integrated,simplified,and sublimated,which broadens the quantity and quality of applicable problem-solving methods,makes the problem-solving tools of TRIZ theory more closely linked,and improves the solution of conflict problems.effectiveness.Finally,by the innovative design of the screw extruder head as an example,through the complete conflict attribute analysis and attribute resolution method,the screw extruder head innovative design was completed,which verified the validity and feasibility of the research theory in this paper.Comparing the research method in this paper with the classic TRIZ theory,this research method has significant advantages in the conflict analysis stage,problem solving direction,and conflict resolution stage.
