Chemiluminescence(CL)is light emission generated from chemical reaction.CL detection technology has various advantages including high sensitivity,wide detection range and simple instrument.CL detection technology has been widely applied in food,pharmaceutical,biological and environmental analysis fields.However,CL detection method still need improvements in signal intensity,sensitivity,and further enrich the color of CL emission and reduce the use of reagents.Paper-based analytical devices analytical platform that use paper as substrate.Paper-based analytical devices have been applied in various fields because of its advantages such as low cost,easy to handle and good biocompatibility.Paper-based CL analytical devices can be developed by combining paper-based analytical device and CL detection method.In this paper,CL metal organic framework materials was synthesized by using metal organic framework materials as catalyst and adsorption carrier.The prepared CL metal organic framework materials were further applied to fabrication paper-based CL detection platform.Furthermore,a variety of paper-based multicolor CL reaction systems were design and constructed based on CL energy resonance transfer reaction.The constructed paper-based multicolor CL reaction systems were further applied in the fabrication of anti-counterfeiting pattern.The main contents are as follows:(1)A chemiluminescent metal organic framework material was prepared.CL reagent luminol was loaded into the porous structure of cobalt based metal organic framework material Zi F-67 to prepare luminol functionalized Zi F-67 with CL properties(luminol@ZIF-67).Due to the high load capacity of ZIF-67,combined with the excellent catalytic effect of ZIF-67 on the luminol-H2O2 CL reaction,and the short energy transfer path between luminol and the catalytic center in luminol@ZIF-67,the prepared particles can demonstrate a high,enhanced,stable and visible CL signal in presence of H2O2.The CL mechanism of luminol@Zi F-67-H2O2 system was further studied.Finally,based on the quenching effect of catechol on the luminol@ZIF-67-H2O2 CL,a paper-based CL imaging detection device was established for the detection of catechol by using smart phone as portable detection device.The linear range of detection was 5-100 mg/L,and the detection limit was 1.1 mg/L(s/N=3?).Furthermore,the detection equipment was applied to the determination of catechol in tea and tap water samples,indicating the practical application ability of the detection method.(2)A variety of paper-based multicolor CL reaction systems were constructed based on CL resonance energy transfer reaction.Luminol,Co2+catalyst and a variety of fluorescent dyes were immobilized in paper-based detection wells to fabricate multicolor CL reaction platforms.Luminol and luminol mixed with fluorescein,4',5'-dibromofluorescein,fluorescent pink B,eosin Y,rhodamine B,acriflavine,fluorescein+4',5'-dibromofluorescein,fluorescein+eosin Y,fluorescein+fluorescent pink B,eosin Y+fluorescent pink B,rhodamine B+fluorescent pink B respectively,were immoblized on the paper to obtain multicolor reaction platform,to generate blue,green,yellow green,pink,brown yellow,purple red,cyan,light yellow green,yellow,orange,red and purple color emission,respectively.The constructed multicolor CL reaction platform can produce strong visible CL signal in the presence of H2O2.The multicolor CL reaction platform has significantly improved CL intensity and imaging uniformity after drying.At the same time,the energy transfer efficiency of the multicolor CL platform was calculated through the CL spectrum data.The CRET transfer efficiencies of the following reaction systems including luminol and fluorescein,4',5'-dibromofluorescein,acriflavine,fluorescein+4',5'-dibromofluorescein,fluorescein+eosin Y,fluorescein+fluorescent pink B were more than 50%.Furthermore,the constructed multicolor CL reaction platform was applied to the fabrication of color,fluorescence and CL multiple recognition anti-counterfeiting icon.This work provides a new method for the manufacturing of anti-counterfeiting ink.
