Chemical substances in tobacco leaves directly affect the quality of tobacco.Analysis of chemical substances in tobacco is conducive to the identification of tobacco quality, thus distinguishing which tobacco is suitable for cigarette and which tobacco is used for recycling. At present, tobacco grading is carried out by professional raters in a standard environment, and this method has great subjective influence. Therefore, gas chromatography ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS)was used to study the contents of chemical substances in different grades of tobacco in different regions, and preliminarily judge the types and contents of chemical substances in different tobacco samples.Organic solvent is used to extract solanesol from waste tobacco leaves. The choice of solvent is very important. In this paper, glacial acetic acid is added into n-hexane as extraction solvent, and the extraction process is studied.Only high purity solanesol can be used in pharmacy.Molecular imprinting method is widely used in the purification of natural products. In this paper, solanesol molecularly imprinted polymers are synthesized by emulsion polymerization and their adsorption properties are studied. The results show that:Tobacco samples from Fujian Nanping Shaowu,Henan Nanyang Neixiang,Hubei Enshi,Enshi Xuanen,Zhushan and Fangxian,Guangdong Nanxiong,Hunan Leiyang and Sichuan Guangyuan have relatively low chemical content, while tobacco samples from Heilongjiang Harbin,Mudanjiang,Shandong Linyi,Sichuan Luzhou and Shaanxi Shangluo have relatively high chemical content.By comparing furans, phenylalanine degradation products, volatile organic acids and browning reaction products,it is found that the contents of various chemical substances in all grades or some grades of tobacco samples from Liangshan Huili,Weining,Wannan,Changchun,Zhaotong,Baokang,Fuzhou,Longyan and Ganzhou are relatively low..Tobacco from Nanping Shaowu area with low chemical content was selected as raw material for solanesol extraction.Solanesol was extracted from waste tobacco leaves using mixed solution of glacial acetic acid and n-hexane as extraction solvent. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times,liquid-solid ratio and other factors on extraction rate were studied through single factor experiments, and the optimal extraction process of solanesol was obtained: extraction temperature 60°C,extraction time 6h,extraction times 2,liquid-solid ratio 20 m L/g.Solanesol molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres were synthesized by emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate as functional monomer for the first time. The effects of the amount of functional monomer, synthesis temperature, crosslinking agent and initiator on the adsorption effect of solanesol molecularly imprinted polymer were studied. The optimized process conditions were obtained: the molar ratio of template, functional monomer and crosslinking agent was 1: 8: 30,the synthesis temperature was 70°C,and the amount of initiator was 10 mg.The imprinting factor can reach 1.6 under the optimal synthesis process.SSO-MIPs was synthesized under the optimal synthesis process. The kinetic and thermodynamic behaviors of SSO-MIPs were studied by static adsorption experiments. The adsorption of SSO-MIPs to solanesol reached adsorption equilibrium in 3 hours, and when the concentration of solanesol in the adsorption solution was greater than 3g/L,the adsorption amount of SSO-MIPs did not increase.
