In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the continuous updating of smart devices such as mobile terminals,consumers have produced a variety of consumer demands.In order to meet the increasingly diverse needs of consumers,the e-commerce industry continues to innovate,the difference between traditional offline channels and online retail channels is gradually decreasing.Omnichannel retailers use the internet and digital devices to provide consumers with a personalized and undifferentiated shopping experience.The emergence of return freight insurance eliminates disputes between buyers and sellers over who will bear the freight caused by the return goods.However,the increasing return volume also causes certain losses to the company.Therefore,how do companies choose the delivery of return freight insurance and how to make full use of the omni-channel retail model has become an urgent problem for business operations.This article uses consumer utility,optimization method and other related theories and methods to analyze the application process of return freight insurance,constructs a consumer utility function on the basis of consulting domestic and foreign related materials,and considers consumers' return through online and offline channels.At the same time,considering the three launch strategies of not providing return freight insurance service,companies buying for consumer return freight insurance,and buyers purchasing return freight insurance,further construct the profit model of the enterprise and conduct theoretical analysis.Finally,the data captured by the network is analyzed by using Matlab to compare the impact of consumers' marginal willingness to pay on corporate profits under different strategies.The sensitivity analysis of the impact of different factors on corporate profits under the same strategy is carried out to verify the model's effectiveness.Effective and scientific,it provides suggestions for the company's decision-making on return freight insurance.The focus of this article is to consider whether the return freight insurance service can improve the profitability of D company and which delivery strategy to adopt.The study found that:(1)Company should provide consumers with return services,and at the same time,it should strive to improve consumers' satisfaction with products.(2)Under certain conditions,sellers' purchase of return freight insurance can enable D company to obtain greater profits,and when consumers are highly satisfied with the product,it is more beneficial for the company not to provide return freight insurance.(3)Under the two strategies of sellers and buyers buying return freight insurance,the greater the probability that consumers choose online returns,the more beneficial to the company.The strategy of not providing return freight insurance requires consideration of consumers' willingness to pay for the product.When conditions are met,consumers returning goods offline are more beneficial to the enterprise.(4)In order to increasing corporate income,company should strive to increase the net residual value of goods by reducing production costs,improving product integrity,and reducing logistics costs.There are 22 figures,7 tables and 66 references in this dissertation.
