| As the core equipment in the key equipment of the underwater production system,the underwater Christmas tree is mainly used to provide a pressure and control terminal for the wellhead.It is installed in the water of tens to thousands of meters.Affected by the complex environment in the water,the operation condition is very complex,and the load is complex and changeable.It is the most complex underwater equipment in the underwater production equipment.With the development of deep sea and other resources in the South China Sea,the demand for Christmas trees is increasing day by day.Using Christmas tree as mining equipment can effectively reduce the risk brought by the platform and solve the problem that fixed platform can not be used as mining equipment in important channels and military areas.At present,the technology of Christmas tree is mainly in the hands of foreign companies,domestic research is still in its infancy,so it is imperative to promote the localization of Christmas tree.At present,the prototype of Christmas tree has been developed in China,but it still needs further verification and consideration in the aspects of safety and reliability.The construction of Christmas tree verification test base is carried out to prove the reliability and safety of Christmas tree through experiments,and the relevant design criteria and regulations of Christmas tree are compiled accordingly,which is of great significance for the localization process of underwater Christmas tree.Based on the general industry specification and design of Christmas tree,as well as the test plan of domestic and foreign manufacturers for Christmas tree system,this paper firstly makes the standard arrangement and extraction,puts forward the basic design parameters of Christmas tree,and summarizes them;through the analysis of the process of the installation of Christmas tree,combined with the characteristics of the installation and recovery of Christmas tree in the actual field,it designs A set of Christmas tree installation simulation test device solves the problems of simulating wellhead tilt and matching test of Christmas tree during the installation test.At the same time,FEA software is used to analyze the bearing capacity of Christmas tree simulation test device,and 3DMAX is used to model and propose the supporting experimental scheme.According to the current sit and EFAT test standards of underwater Christmas tree,production is proposed The design of the oil tree testing site and the experimental scheme are put forward.The design scheme is suitable for the underwater oil tree testing,but also for the underwater BOP,ROV and other underwater equipment testing and testing.It has a strong universality.According to the design scheme of the test site,a test scheme for the integration test of Christmas tree system is proposed,which is suitable for a variety of Christmas tree tests.To sum up,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the testing equipment,testing site and testing process of the underwater Christmas tree.The research content can provide some guidance for the design,test and installation of the underwater Christmas tree,and help to promote the localization of the underwater Christmas tree. |
