Heavy oil is a kind of reservoir with high viscosity and poor fluidity.China is rich in heavy oil resources.With the continuous exploitation of oil reservoirs,the proportion of heavy oil and extra heavy oil resources is increasing day by day.Thin layer heavy oil reservoir accounts for a high proportion,which is characterized by high viscosity,thin thickness,shallow burial and fast heat dissipation.At present,the main method of exploiting heavy oil reservoir is steam flooding.Steam flooding shows the phenomena of gravity overlap and viscous fingering in the exploitation of thin heavy oil.In the process of steam flooding,adding solvent can assist in oil displacement and obviously improve the recovery degree.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of injection production parameters on the development effect in the process of solvent assisted steam flooding.The thin-layer heavy oil is discussed by numerical simulation.Firstly,the relevant parameters of the numerical model are determined,and the relationship between the viscosity and density of the solvent and the mixture of solvent and crude oil in the process of temperature change is studied.The mechanism of solvent assisted steam flooding is analyzed,and the suitable wellbore model,well pattern type and well pattern parameters are determined and evaluated.Secondly,the influencing factors of solvent assisted steam drive are analyzed,mainly from the geological factors and development factors.The production data of solvent assisted steam drive is compared with pure steam drive to get the solvent stimulation effect.The reasonable injection and production parameters and application scope of solvent assisted steam drive are determined by combining the recovery degree,stimulation effect,oil steam ratio and other factors.In this paper,the solvent parameters in solvent assisted steam flooding are optimized.The influence of solvent type,solvent proportion and injection mode on the final development effect in the process of steam flooding is determined.The temperature field,viscosity field,oil saturation field and solvent distribution characteristics in the process of steam flooding are further analyzed,and relevant laws are summarized.The best compounding ratio of compound solvent was simulated and some knowledge was obtained.Visual analysis and variance analysis were used to determine the main control factors in the process of solvent assisted steam flooding.Finally,based on the actual geological situation of the oil field,reasonable development countermeasures are taken.The results show that solvent assisted steam flooding can significantly improve the oil well production and development degree,which has a certain guiding significance for the field.
