Solvent deasphalting process is one of the effective methods to improve the processing depth of vacuum residue and increase the yield of light oil.It has unique advantages in light oil weight.In this paper,the supercritical recovery solvent deasphalting process was studied with Zhongsheng vacuum residue and boiling bed hydrogenation tail oil as raw materials,aiming to explore the optimal process conditions and realize the efficient use of heavy oil.The quality of the carbon residue and asphaltene content of Zhongsheng vacuum residue is as high as 15.53wt%and 5.63wt%,and the quality is poor.Not suitable as a cracking raw material.Therefore,it was processed by supercritical recovery solvent deasphalting process,and the process conditions such as top temperature(110??140?)and operating pressure(4MPa?7 MPa)of the extraction tower were investigated respectively.The effect of oil pitch yield on the basic properties of deasphalted oil products and deoiled asphalt by-products obtained under different process conditions.The results showed that when the ratio of agent to oil was 9:1,the operating pressure was 4 MPa,and the temperature of the top of the extraction tower was 140?,the residual carbon value,metallic nickel,vanadium content and non-metallic sulfur,nitrogen content was the lowest in the deasphalted oil obtained.Under this process condition,the yield of the deasphalted oil product is 66.47wt%,the asphaltene content is zero,the residual carbon value is 4.95wt%,the metal(Ni+V)content is 3.63?g·g-1,and the sulfur content is 1.73wt%.For the analysis of the properties of a company's bubbling bed hydrogenation tail oil,its carbon residue and asphaltene content were 25.24wt%and 11.15wt%,respectively,which was worse than Zhongsheng vacuum residue.Then,the solvent deasphalting process was studied with the fluidized bed tailings as raw material.The effects of extraction temperature(110??140?)and the operating pressure(4 MPa?7 MPa)on the yield and properties of deasphalted oil and deoiled asphalt were investigated.The results showed that when the ratio of agent to oil was 9:1,the operating pressure was 4 MPa,the temperature of the top of the extraction tower was 140?,the yield of deasphalted oil product was 68.78wt%,and the residual carbon value,metal nickel and vanadium content and non-metal sulfur and nitrogen content are the lowest in the product.The deasphalted oil obtained under the process condition has residual carbon value of 8.45wt%,metal(Ni+V)content of 4.32?g·g-1,and sulfur content of 1.38wt%,which is recommended to recycle as a raw material fluidized bed hydrocracking.
