| As the crude oil is inferior and the degree of heavyness is increasing,the price of asphalt products continues to fall,and the disadvantages of Liaohe Petrochemical Company's residual oil processing methods are becoming more and more obvious.This paper uses Liaohe heavy oil residue as raw material to produce qualified lubricating base oil by propane deasphalting-lubricating oil hydrogenation-distillation cutting combined process and providing basic data as reference for Liaohe Petrochemical Company for residue processing route.By two kinds of Liaohe heavy oil residue solvent deasphalting test,the feasibility of deasphalted oil as lubricating oil hydrogenation raw material is investigated,and inspect the influnce extraction pressure,extraction temperature and the number of sedimentation towers for the yield and properties of deasphalted oil.The test results show that:Liaohe super heavy oil atmospheric residue and Liaohe large mixed oil vacuum residue are treated by propane deasphalting,the metal content and residual carbon value of deasphalted oil are significantly reduced,but the sulfur,nitrogen content and saturated hydrocarbon content are not meet the lubricant base oil standard,and the deasphalted oil with a yield of 32.5 wt%and 30.8 wt%are selected for hydrogenation test of the lubricating oil.After the hydrotreating of the deasphalted oil,the sulfur and nitrogen contents of the product are significantly reduced,and have both fallen below 5?g/g,Saturated hydrocarbon content up to lubricant base oil standard.The hydrogenation products of Liaohe super heavy oil deasphalted oil are subjected to distillation cutting treatment,and different distillate oil can meet the crude white oil standards of No.3,No.5,No.7,No.22 and L-DRA refrigerating machine oil standards.The hydrogenation product of Liaohe large mixed oil vacuum residue deasphalting oil is subjected to distillation cutting treatment,and the>480 ~oC fraction meets the 150BS bright oil standard. |
