With the continuous development and progress of technological innovation,its importance has also been continuously demonstrated.Not only has it accelerated the pace of social progress,it is also self-evident to the value of the enterprise.In the current era of Industry 4.0,as far as society is concerned,the emergence of new technologies is the fuse of previous industrial revolutions,which not only witnessed social changes,but also made a tremendous contribution to human life.For enterprises,continuous technological change and effective innovation are the magic weapon for their extraordinary success.Not only can they improve efficiency and reduce costs,but also ensure and stabilize their competitive market position.Therefore,how to measure and evaluate the technological innovation of an enterprise to further improve its technological innovation capability and form a virtuous circle is very important.This paper evaluates its technological innovation capability by carrying out a case study on a geophysical prospecting enterprise.First,based on technological innovation,the background description and analysis of the domestic and international macro-environment are made,and the literature of technological innovation capability is sorted out and summarized.Secondly,in view of the specific situation of A geophysical prospecting enterprise,considering the reality and feasibility of data collection,a set of evaluation indicators with industry generality and specificity was selected and formulated,and then entropy weight method and other research tools were used to evaluate A Comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise's technological innovation capability.Finally,draw corresponding conclusions and make future prospects.According to the research framework of proposing ? analyzing ? solving problems,this article mainly makes the following contributions:(1)By combining the industry characteristics of A company,considering its business scope such as exploration and seismic acquisition,it has been screened many times to describe a set of evaluation indicators suitable for the technological innovation capability of A enterprise.(2)After screening the evaluation indicators,according to the quantification of the data obtained,after analyzing and measuring the pros and cons of various evaluation methods,the entropy weight method is finally determined as the evaluation method of A enterprise's technological innovation capability.(3)Through analysis and evaluation of the indicator data,it is concluded that the value of enterprise A's technological innovation capability is constantly improving,among which the output of innovation results and R&D investment have the greatest impact and contribution to it.
