In recent years,in order to better meet the needs of oil and gas production,various new technologies have been introduced into subsea production systems.It requires to comprehensively consider environmental,economic,safety and other related factors in the engineering construction and emergency maintenance of subsea production systems.However,many operations are not allowed to be implemented.Therefore,in this paper,virtual reality simulation,semi-physical simulation technology and monitoring technology are used to design and implement a subsea production virtual reality simulation operation monitoring system,which can provide inexperienced operating personnel and managerial staff with abundant subsea construction experience,and to reduce operating risks.In this paper,detailed analysis of the operation monitoring system was performed firstly,and the system performance requirements,architecture,and functions are determined in combination with the case of engineering construction.The appropriate development tools are compared and selected,and the detailed development process is described.Secondly,through the development of operating mode,collision detection,joint system and other functions of the simulation operation module,multi-view monitoring,scene roaming and marine environment simulation are realized,and the monitoring of the working conditions,equipment state,equipment position and pose is achieved simultaneously.After designing and implementing the data interaction between the operation monitoring system and the simulation operating console,the synchronization of the motions of the operating console and the operation monitoring system is realized and the database is designed to realize the management of user data,operation data,case data and simulation environment parameters.Finally,the function and performance of the system for subsea production were tested,and the test results were analyzed in detail.The test results show that the system developed in this thesis with no monitoring dead zone,can integrate semi-physical simulation,and is highly operable.In the meantime,this system can monitor the simulation data in real time,and overcome the shortcomings of the previous 2D visual monitoring system,which is helpful for decision makers to fully understand the engineering construction of subsea production and has strong practical application value.
