Silk fabrics are popular with consumers because of their excellent wearability,strong gloss,light and soft texture,but they are easily contaminated,often washed with water and easy to fade,and the cost of care is high.Therefore,in this paper,the shortcomings of silk fabrics are hydrophobically modified,so that they not only retain their own unique excellent moisture permeability and air permeability,but also have anti-fouling and self-cleaning capabilities,which greatly saves its care costs and increases the added value of silk fabrics.The fluorine-free water repellent CWR-8DC,cross-linking agent FK-L17,and penetrant FK-685 are finished on the surface of the silk fabric through the rolling and baking process,and the construction of the fluorine-free hydrophobic surface of the silk fabric is explored through FT-IR,XPS and SEM tests.The mechanism proves that the long-carbon chain acrylate in the fluorine-free water repellent is grafted onto the silk fiber,and is arranged in an orderly outward direction on the surface of the silk fiber under the promotion of the crosslinking agent and the penetrating agent to form a uniform and dense hydrophobic film.Give silk fabrics excellent hydrophobic properties.After the introduction of crosslinking agent and penetrating agent,the dosage of waterproofing agent was reduced by 29%,the contact angle was increased by 15°,and the washing resistance of water-repellent silk fabric was improved.After 30 times of washing,the decrease in contact angle was reduced by 80 %.The moisture permeability and air permeability test of the finished silk fabric proves that the finished silk fabric not only has good water repellency,but also retains the good moisture permeability and air permeability of the silk fabric.Therefore,water-repellent finishing of silk fabrics can satisfy consumers' demands on the wearability of silk fabrics.In order to achieve industrialized production,meet consumer demand,and produce water-repellent silk fabrics with rich colors,this paper discusses the design of an optimized production plan for silk fabric dyeing combined with water-repellent finishing.Through the dye uptake rate and K/S,L value,and C value,It is determined that the optimal concentration of reactive dyes for silk fabrics is 2%(owf),and the influence of waterproofing agents on the dyeing effect of silk fabrics is discussed.Tests have shown that waterproofing agents can increase the dyeing depth of silk fabrics by 50%.This article discusses the contact angle and color fastness to washing,and it is concluded that the cationic fixing agent and the water-repellent are bathed together,the contact angle is slightly increased,and the color fastness is improved;through the contact angle test,the fabric style test,and the drape test,it is discussed The compatibility of cationic softeners and water repellents in bath finishing.Test results show that softeners can improve the slightly harder hand feeling after water repellent finishing,and make dyed water repellent silk fabrics feel softer to the touch.Through orthogonal experiments,it is found that when the water repellent is 100 g/L,the crosslinking agent is 1:10,the penetrating agent is 3 g/L,the fixing agent is 4%(owf),and the softening agent is 3%(owf),When the optimal baking temperature is 130°,the baking time is 90 s,and the p H is 5,the water repellent effect obtained from the finishing is 145.4°,and the performance test shows that the dyed silk fabric under this process not only has excellent water repellency Performance,anti-fouling performance,and good wearing performance.The customer satisfaction test shows that the dyed silk fabric is recognized by consumers.The fabric is applied to silk women's bags,and two different styles of water-repellent silk women's bags are designed.The contact angle test and the anti-fouling test show that both bags have good water-repellent and anti-fouling performance.It is not easy to be contaminated by dirt during use,which improves the ease of care and service life of silk bags,and provides a reference for the application of water-repellent silk fabrics in the market.
