The core competition between future enterprises is the competition in talents and technology.The core value of a fully competitive modern enterprise is human capital.S Company is a provincial-level mixed-ownership enterprise under Sinopec Group.Faced with the mutual penetration of state-owned,foreign-owned and private oil companies and fierce market campaign,corporate managers updating management concepts in time,establishing and improving modern corporate management systems,and innovating the incentive and restraint mechanism have become the top priority for S company to enhance its overall market competitive edge.Based on the current situation of S company in employee incentives,this paper reflects on the problems of S company,including lacking market competitiveness of salary incentives,the simple and extensive performance appraisal system,the single and monotonous content of training system model,and the immature career promotion mechanism.The article discusses the reason of the problems in its incentive system:constraints of the mixed ownership system,conservative ideas and concepts of managers,inadequate integration of incentive goals and corporate strategic goals,and incomplete talent system.Based on the above discussion,this article mainly attempts to construct a market-competitive employee incentive strategy from fou r aspects: optimizing the salary incentive system,improving the performance evaluation system,perfecting the talent training system,and strengthening the construction of the talent development system.Finally,for the incentive strategy,the essay sugge sts a guarantee mechanism of three aspects: ideology,organization and talent,to ensure the implementation of S company' staff incentive strategy;improve its overall human resource level and the market comparative advantage,so as to promote S company to obtain competitive edge in the increasingly competitive environment.Although the research of this paper is aimed at the staff incentive of S company,it has certain reference value and significance for state-owned enterprises and deepening the ownership reform of petrochemical industry,as well as the improvement of incentive management and the promotion of leadership of modern enterprises in China.
