| Epoxy resin has excellent adhesion,anti-corrosion,moldability and thermal stability properties,and has excellent properties in terms of mechanics,heat,electrical and chemical resistance.However,epoxy resin is highly cross-linked,hard and brittle in nature,and not impact resistant,which limits its application in high impact resistance and other fields.Therefore,this article wants to compare the performance of different toughening agents mixed with epoxy resin under the same conditions,so as to provide a certain reference for people in the choice of high-performance epoxy resin toughening system.On the other hand,epoxy resin is widely used,especially in recent years as an insulating coating agent for magnetic powder core materials.Magnetic powder core material is a soft magnetic composite material,which is widely used in various electronic components such as inductors.Therefore,this article aims to realize the low cost and high performance of the magnetic powder core preparation technology,using epoxy resin as the insulating coating agent,and the epoxy resin insulating coating treatment on the magnetic powder to form a continuous and uniform insulation coating on the outside of the magnetic powder.Layer,effectively isolate and protect the magnetic powder particles,and achieve the effect of improving the mechanical and magnetic properties.The main content,results and discussion of this paper are as follows:1.Researches on different toughening agents(including methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer,epoxidized thermoplastic elastomer,polyvinyl formal copolymer acrylic acid,phenoxy resin)toughening modified epoxy resin Mechanical properties and heat resistance,etc.The results show that the impact strength of methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer and epoxidized thermoplastic elastomer added to the epoxy resin system has been well improved,but the other mechanical properties and glass transition temperature are all improved.There is a certain degree of reduction.Polyvinyl formal copolymer acrylic acid has a certain effect on the toughening and strengthening of epoxy resin,and at the same time,the glass transition temperature has been increased to a certain extent,but the toughening effect is not obvious,and it will significantly increase the viscosity of the epoxy resin system.The phenoxy resin added to the epoxy resin system shows the best impact toughness.When its content is 10wt%,the impact strength is 19.2 k J/m~2,which is 88.23%higher than pure epoxy resin,and other mechanical properties,glass The transformation temperature has increased to a certain extent.2.Comparing the magnetic powder coating with different grades of epoxy resin,it is found that the epoxy resin-coated magnetic powder core of the grade NPES-901 has the best overall performance,with the largest tensile strength,effective magnetic permeability and the lowest loss.The effect of different epoxy resin coating on the performance of magnetic powder core was studied.The results show that the overall performance of the magnetic powder core is best when the epoxy resin content is 3.0wt%,the tensile strength is 15.36 MPa,and the loss is only650.41 m W/cm~3(f=1 MHz,B_m=20 m T).3.Coupling treatment of the magnetic powders by different grades of silane coupling agents,it is found that the magnetic powder cores treated with the silane coupling agent of grade KH792 have the largest tensile strength,quality factor and the lowest loss.The effect of silane coupling agent on the magnetic powder coupling treatment on the performance of epoxy resin coated magnetic powder core was studied.The results show that the magnetic powder core has the best overall performance when the silane coupling agent content is 0.3wt%.4.The addition of different epoxy resin tougheners(including methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer,epoxidized thermoplastic elastomer,polyvinyl formal copolymerized acrylic acid,and phenoxy resin)has been studied.The effect of resin-coated magnetic powder core performance.It is found that the addition of toughening agent can increase the tensile strength,quality factor and reduce loss of the magnetic powder core to a certain extent,especially when the content of phenoxy resin is 0.35wt%,the overall performance of the magnetic powder core prepared by it is the best.The tensile strength increased by 10.74%. |
