With the deep development of the ocean,people's understanding and utilization of marine microorganisms,animals and plants have been gradually applied in the fields of food,drug development and energy utilization.As the main species of marine cultivation in my country,kelp is widely used in food,industry and other fields because of its rich nutrients and diverse biological active ingredients.However,the current use of kelp is not sufficient,the kelp products are of a single type,and the degree of processing is low.The lack of technology and equipment for the deep processing of kelp has seriously hindered the development of my country's kelp industry.My country has rich medicinal fungal resources and a long history of utilization,because of its diverse biological components and rich medicinal value.With the deep development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in my country and the use of its fermentable characteristics,it has been widely used in the development and utilization of medicines or health products such as blood sugar lowering,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and so on.In order to improve the development and utilization of marine biomass resources,this paper innovatively fermented medicinal fungi with hypoglycemic activity using kelp as a medium for solid fermentation.By screening the optimal fermentation time and optimizing the extraction conditions of fermentation products.The extraction rate of the fermentation product and the activity of lowering blood sugar are improved,and the deep utilization of kelp is promoted.In this paper,hypoglycemic activity is used as the main indicator to measure the hypoglycemic activity of the fermentation products of different medicinal fungi and the extracts of different extraction methods,with a view to screening high-efficiency strains with hypoglycemic activity and extraction methods.Then,by measuring the hypoglycemic activity of the fermentation products at different sampling time points,the optimal fermentation time of the high-efficiency strains is determined;combined with the extraction rate and hypoglycemic activity,the optimal design is carried out to further optimize the extraction scheme,and finally through regression analysis Scheme verification.First,the medicinal strains were screened with different kelp solid media,and three excellent strains of M24,B6,and S44 were obtained using their growth rate and hypoglycemic activity as indicators.And fermentation is carried out,the fermentation product is sampled,extracted,and the blood glucose lowering activity is measured every 5 days after the fermentation is full.Use the hypoglycemic activity as an indicator to determine its optimal fermentation time.Secondly,the fermentation product is extracted by the extraction methods 1Y,2Y,3T to obtain the extraction rate,and the extraction conditions are optimized through a uniform design,and the optimized conditions are extracted again to obtain the extraction rate,and the hypoglycemia is measured active.Finally,by combining its extraction rate and hypoglycemic activity,it is optimized and designed,and evaluated by regression analysis to optimize the best extraction conditions.By optimizing the extraction conditions of kelp products fermented by medicinal fungi,the extraction rate is greatly increased,and the utilization rate and added value of kelp are improved.Its green and energy-saving extraction solutions have high research value in the fields of pharmaceuticals and environmental protection.
