In recent years,more and more fiber composites have been used in automobile parts because of their excellent mechanical properties,strong designability and so on.For the structure of automobile tire,the tire can be regarded as a composite organism composed of skeleton reinforcing material and rubber matrix.The skeleton reinforcing layer is responsible for bearing load and maintaining the shape stability of the product,which plays a decisive role in the performance and service life of the tire.In order to improve the performance of tire reinforcement layer,a new kind of fiber composite tire is formed by using fiber composite instead of nylon and steel wire.Due to the change of tire reinforcement materials,the traditional tire forming process can not meet the requirements of fiber composite tire thermal curing process,so it is necessary to optimize and improve the tire mechanical properties forming process.In this paper,the mechanical properties and heat curing process of fiber composite tire are studied systematically and deeply by means of simulation analysis,modal analysis and calculation deduction.The research content of this subject mainly includes the following parts:(1)The application of fiber composite material in tire is studied.In the tire modeling process,the mesh generation software is used to pre process the tire cross section.The finite element simulation software is used to compare the inflation condition,load loading and subsequent modal analysis of traditional tire and fiber composite tire,It is verified that the fiber composite can improve the performance of tire in all aspects.(2)ANSYS was used to establish the finite element analysis model of temperature field and stress field coupling,and the thermal curing process of fiber composite tire was numerically simulated.The feasibility of autoclave molding process was verified according to the temperature distribution of tire components during the thermal curing process,The finite element deformation prediction of the composite reinforcement layer during the thermal curing process is realized.(3)On the basis of the industry design criteria and enterprise requirements,the heat curing tire forming machine was designed,including mold,transmission device,temperature control system,pressure system,blast system and other parts,and the whole structure of the heat curing tire forming machine was built by using Solid Works.
