The fire of mine is the most important disasters in producing coal,and it is an important cause of juries during producing coal.In China,10%~15% of coal mine fires are caused by external fires.The proportion of major malignant fire accidents recorded in China is more than 90%,and 65% of the total casualties of coal mine fires are caused by external fires.The article takes a coal mine in Tangshan as the research object to carry out related experiments.A coal-mine has been mined many years.With the continuous increase in the width of mining,there are major safety hazards,roadway support materials decay,and a large area of mined-out areas have caused multi-regional high-stress areas.roadways are compressed and deformed Severe.there have been many roadway fires.but through on-site monitoring,there are no signs of spontaneous fires.In order to reduce the occurrence of fires and realize safe production in mines,relevant experiments have been carried out to find out the mechanism of roadway fires.Through the analysis of experimental,the following is the results:1)Through the test of ignition point,it is inferred that the object with high temperature is the most likely to ignite the broken wood core,igniting the coal and causing an open fire.Through programmed experiments,it was determined that with the increase of deadwood content and a single indicator of gas might lead to false alarms.2)In the experiment of temperature measurement by infrared thermal imager,the surface temperature of support is far less than the ignition point of pit wood.Therefore,it is preliminarily judged that the surface heating caused by friction in the process of the support under the gas free environment will not ignite the pit wood.3)In the process of the cable being pressed under force,combined with the ignition energy test,when the high temperature spark or high temperature debris energy exceeds 0.4j,it is very easy to ignite the wood chips.Smoldering occurs at the beginning of the sawdust and develops gradually and eventually an open fire occurs.3)In the early stage,the section sealing grouting and fire prevention scheme was determined for 7250.New materials are adopted to cut off the roadway to form a "closed wall",and then the whole 7250 roadway is filled with piecework grouting to completely eliminate the hidden danger of ignition in goaf,and the 7250 roadway is permanently sealed.Chinese books catalog: Figure 52;Table 4;Reference 54...
