In industrial production,it is often necessary to accurately measure the internal structural dimensions of the manufactured product to determine whether the product meets the production requirements.How to achieve rapid and high-precision fixed-point measurement of industrial products has become an important research topic.In view of the complicated structure in some parts and the number of parts at the same time,this paper combines the principle of affine transformation and the positioning principle based on image processing to provide a complete set of positioning scanning measurement for the measurement system based on the laser triangulation method.By studying the technology of automatic measurement at home and abroad,combined with the actual measurement requirements of the system,the planning and automatic control of camera shooting points and line laser scanning points have been completed,and positioning planning software has been designed to complete the selection of these points.The machine positioning scheme for the part to be measured is achieved.By directly selecting the point to be measured on the part design drawing,the image coordinates can be converted into the corresponding machine measurement coordinates,so that the measurement system can be positioned to the point for measurement,Combined with the control system of the machine,also automatic positioning and scanning measurement is achieved.The positioning accuracy and efficiency are analyzed.The positioning accuracy can reach 7.4?m,and the running time of the algorithm for coordinate transformation of 600 measuring points can reach 2.407 s.At the same time,the measurement strategy optimization study is carried out for the actual product.The overall positioning measurement success rate of the 143 different structures under test of the metal resonant cavity is increased from 88.11% to 97.90%,and the single measurement time is controlled within 10 minutes.Compared with manual measurement,the time is shortened by 8 times,which achieving high-efficiency measurement.
