Intelligentization is one of the important directions for the development of the iron and steel industry.With the rapid development of our country's foundry industry and the increasing strength of information technology,intelligent feeding which in the front of furnace,which are one of the core optimization goals of the foundry process,are becoming more and more popular among foundry companies' attention.However,in the feeding which in the front of furnace process of the melting workshop of most foundry enterprises,the recording of workshop production data and the calculation of charge addition are still mainly manual recorded and manual empirical calculated.This method is poor in real-time,wasting time of feeding,and unable to calculate accuracy.Production history data is difficult to trace.At present,most of the research on furnace batching at domestic and foreign is mainly concentrated on the algorithm part of the proportion of furnace charge,and there is few complete solution for the production process of furnace batching with the lack of information.Aiming at this manual mode of feeding which in the front of furnace production process,this paper designs and develops a set of feeding system which in the front of furnace based on Huazhu ERP based on the actual production status of furnace batching in the casting enterprise.Firstly,it analyzes the domestic and foreign research status and development trend of the related fields of the feeding system which in the front of furnace of foundry enterprises,and analyzes the enterprise requirements of the system,including the analysis of system's general drawing requirements,system user analysis and system functional requirements analysis.Then,based on the existing problems of most foundry enterprises and the production theories such as Kanban,zero inventory management,and step reduction,a pre-furnace batching production management model,information model and functional model of feeding system which in the front of furnace were established.Secondly,the key technologies in the system model are researched,including database-based charge data collection,intelligent foundry burden proportion and intelligent charging scheme design.Based on the analysis of the existing data collection plan and enterprise data storage situation,two heterogeneous database data collection methods based on Microsoft SQL Server were designed,including the design of SSIS(SQL Server Integrate Service)package and the middleware based on XML files Model data collection,and based on the T-SQL language,the design of the charge ratio algorithm and the PLC-based intelligent charging scheme for the foundry workshop is designed.Finally,the feeding system which in the front of furnace based on Huazhu ERP was designed,and development and the application effect of the system was analyzed.Combined with the analysis results of the actual production status of the enterprise and the selection of technical solutions,a pattern,interface and functional modules of the system was designed.This system was successfully used in HX company.According to the application effect of the enterprise,the system has realized the effective integrated management of production planning,real-time charge information and charge calculation information.Compared with the charge ratio in the manual empirical calculation mode that takes about 2 minutes,the system only needs about 2 seconds to calculate the charge replenishment plan.The main interface of the system achieves a good visualization of the information related to the pre-furnace batching,and the system is easy to operate,which greatly improves the production efficiency of the pre-furnace batching.At the same time,the server-side database is used.The stored production data realizes the traceability of various historical production information during the feeding process in front of the furnace.
