As the development of information technology has entered a broader world,the downhole operation industry has become more intelligent and complicated,and enterprises urgently need high-quality professionals to participate in the development of the industry.In recent years,the wisdom education has gradually risen,the education develops to the information direction,intelligence and efficient interaction.With the wisdom education as the guide,the development of vocational education and training for downhole operation is conducive to promoting intelligent and efficient vocational education and training for downhole operation.However,the downhole operation vocational education and training oriented to the wisdom education still faces many problems.The unstructured teaching resources are large and lack of unified integration;the teaching staff is limited and lacks technical means to assist students in independent learning;the existing downhole operation simulation training system For the more intelligent and complex downhole operation industry,the training effect is difficult to meet the needs of enterprises.In response to the above problems,this article designed a the wisdom education-oriented downhole operation simulation training system,focusing on the following tasks:1.Aiming at the problem of the lack of unified integration of unstructured teaching resources,a classification and integration method of unstructured teaching resources based on knowledge graphs and matching algorithms is designed,and a Chinese similarity matching algorithm based on dual AC automata and word frequency is proposed for entity matching.First,construct a professional knowledge map of downhole operations,store the knowledge map in the map database Neo4 j as the basis for resource classification,and then use ORM technology to extract the resource information stored in the Mysql database as program objects,and use Chinese based on dual AC automata and word frequency.The similarity matching algorithm obtains the entities matching the resource name in the knowledge graph,and queries the graph database Neo4 j through the entities to obtain the classification integration results corresponding to the resources,and finally saves the classification integration results in the Mysql database through the metadata structure.The integrated unstructured teaching resources effectively deployed to facilitate the use of students and teachers.They are reflected in the resource center of the downhole operation simulation training system,so that the resources can play a greater role and improve the training effect.2.Aiming at the problem of lack of technical means to assist students in autonomous learning,an intelligent question answering robot is designed to assist teaching.First,build a professional knowledge map of downhole operations based on the professional knowledge of downhole operations,store the knowledge in the graph database Neo4 j,and the key information in the problem is extracted through jieba for part-of-speech tagging.The key information corresponds to the entity content in the knowledge map,and then the problem data set Train the machine learning model,use the trained machine learning model to classify and predict the questioner's question,and finally return the answer results of the query in the knowledge graph through the entity and question classification results of the knowledge graph to answer the question.The intelligent question answering robot assists students in learning and improves the effectiveness of training.3.Aiming at the problem that the existing downhole operation simulation training system cannot meet the needs of the industry,a the wisdom education-oriented downhole operation simulation training system is designed and implemented.First,build a back-end server based on microservices,and implement an online education platform as the foundation of the downhole operation simulation training system.Then use 3D Max technology to model downhole operation equipment and tools,and import the model into Unity to make theoretical knowledge learning videos and interactive operations As the training content,the software also includes the teaching resource center and the intelligent question answering robot as the characteristic functions of the system.Through the downhole operation simulation training system oriented to the wisdom education,online distance learning of downhole operation vocational education and training is realized,and the learning is more open and free,and the training effect is improved.4.Taking the training process of wiper trip as an example,the wisdom education-oriented downhole operation simulation training system will be applied to actual training.In view of the current development status of wisdom education,the downhole operation simulation training system is developed in the direction of wisdom education,and the theoretical learning and practical training of simulation training are realized through online learning to break through the limitations of time and space,and at the same time integrate resource centers to achieve effective resources.The deployment and the use of intelligent question answering robots assisted teaching have improved the effect of professional training for downhole operations.
