Research Of CNC Machining Network Training Room Project Based On The VR Technology

With the development of computer graphics (CG) technology, computer simulationtechnology, artificial intelligence, sensor technology, display technology high speeddevelopment, network parallel processing technology, virtual reality technology has beenwidely used in machinery, education, medicine, construction, fire protection, aerospace andother fields. With good interactivity, high fidelity and immersion of virtual simulationtechnology for the characteristics of strong, while the introduction of virtualhuman technology has gradually become a new trend in the field of virtual practiceteaching.In NC practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, related to the operation andcontrol of CNC machine tools, especially the parts processing process exists riskand high cost, research on Virtual NC machining simulation training, on the CNC machinetool operation skills of learning and training has certain practical value.In this paper, by using Virtools and virtual human technology, the construction of theNC machining of virtual training system, the realization of three-dimensional scene of NCmachining process interaction simulation. The use of UG NX software to build3D solidmodel, and use the detail features, texture mapping performancemodel extraction reduction method and LOD model simplification method for modelsimplification and optimization. The operation using the direct control and virtual indirectlycontrol two control mode, convenient for different users to learn and practice. The designof automatic roaming path and the free roaming path two roaming mode, the user can in thevirtual scene and roaming free interactive operation using the mouse and keyboard inputdevice, enhance the immersion of virtual training system. The key technology wereexpounded virtual training room in the process of implementation, and describesthe implementation method of processing, virtual human in virtual system of roaming andother key functions.Application of virtual training system in experimental teaching of engineeringtraining, avoid safety accidents and equipment damage caused by the real operatingenvironment, to provide students with vivid learning environment, and enrich the NCmachining practice teaching model, provides a new learning platform for practice teaching.
