Sintering machine in the process of running slip-adjusting,will appear different degrees of running deviation range of design allows need timely adjust and current adjustment of(i.e.,rectifying)are artificial,because human adjustment with precision is poor,poor process control,technical requirements higher shortcoming of workers,and if the adjustment is not in a timely manner or on deviation will affect the normal operation of the sintering machine equipment operation,bring great economic losses to the production of sintering.At present,there are few researches on automatic correction of sintering machine trolley.The project summarizes nearly 10 years of work and practice experience,in view of the sintering machine sling in the process of running off-track problems for in-depth analysis and research,detailed elaboration of the sintering machine sling off-track phenomenon,through the establishment of an analysis model,analysis of the sintering machine sling force status,determine the sintering machine sling off-track root cause.At the same time,the adjustment experience in production practice is summarized,and the mathematical model for rectifying the running deviation of sinterer trolley is analyzed and established.On the basis of the mathematical model,combining with the existing control technology to design the sintering pallet wandering on-line detection,automatic adjustment function of hydraulic correction system,the hydraulic system is based on hydraulic simulation software AMEsim modeling and analysis,selection of electro-hydraulic servo valve control technology,at the right position is equipped with a sufficient number of displacement sensor signal test run,Through PLC control system,dynamic,accurate adjustment,realize the trolley running deviation correction process.Finally,the hydraulic automatic deviation correction system of the sintering machine is simulated.The experimental results show that the designed deviation rectifying device can replace manual deviation rectifying operation,and the deviation rectifying device has ideal effect,high control precision and strong reliability,which reaches the standard of engineering application.Figure 25;Table 7;Reference 50...
