With the progress of science and technology,drilling development technology has been booming,the effect of drilling speed increase is getting better and better.The application of drilling acceleration technology greatly saves the drilling time and shortens the drilling period.Drilling speed increase can be studied from many aspects,including optimizing well structure,optimizing drilling fluid system,etc.Based on the research results of drilling acceleration at home and abroad,this paper studied the drilling acceleration according to the geological characteristics of X oilfield block in Bohai Sea.The following results have been achieved:(1)By investigating and sorting out the general situation of the working area,the geological and lithologic characteristics in the working area are summarized to provide a basis for the optimization of well structure and drilling fluid system.During the drilling in this block,the main accidents were stuck drill back to scratch and formation loss.At the same time,the existence of shallow gas and faults also had certain impact on the drilling speed.(2)Based on the statistics of the complex situations encountered in previous drilling and the ground drain test data of adjacent Wells,the design was based on the three-pressure curve,combined with the formation risk warming,and well J7 of Guantao group was taken as the research object for the optimization design of well structure(four-layer well structure was selected with casing setting depth of 400 m,1500m?3689m and 4139m).The well of work area was optimized to increase ROP by5-11% and shorten the drilling duration by an average of two days.(3)The PEC drilling fluid additive used in the second-layer drilling was experimented and evaluated,based on the statistics of the drilling fluid usage records of old Wells in previous years and the complex situations encountered in formation drilling.The results show that the five drilling fluid additives,IDH-32,FDL-2,NFG-28,HJK and polymer PE,can resist salt invasion,calcium invasion and soil invasion with strong With strong inhibition,the well wall can be well stabilized and the turbidity point is 62°,which can hinder the expansion and migration of clay minerals in the formation.Can withstand 120? high temperature effectively play the performance of drilling fluid;And good environmental protection and easy to degrade.Field application shows that the accident rate of secondary drilling is reduced by 30%.(4)Aiming at the problem of blocking and sticking,the well sections were divided,the evaluation criteria of different well sections were given,the well purification model was established,the well purification software was developed,and 25 Wells in the X oilfield block of Bohai Sea were calculated,which is basically consistent with the actual working conditions.The development of this software indirectly helps to increase the drilling speed.Taking the X oilfield block of Bohai Sea as the research object,the well structure and drilling fluid system are optimized,and a set of well hole purification software is developed,which has certain guiding significance for the drilling speed increase in this work area.
