The shape of automobile body parts is complex,the processing accuracy is high,and the manufacturing cost and lightweight materials have different process requirements for sheet blanking and cutting.The traditional stamping production method has the disadvantages of high mold cost and complex process,and cannot meet the needs of small batch and personalized production.Laser cutting technology has the advantages of high processing precision,green environmental protection,and fast speed,and has been widely used in the field of automobile body processing.In order to solve the problems of slow laser blanking speed,low efficiency and difficult control of cutting quality,the research on high-speed laser cutting process of special-shaped automobile sheet was carried out.First,select the shape of a certain brand of car logo as the cutting object,use ANSYS software to establish a finite element model of laser cutting,and analyze the influence of laser power,cutting speed,and plate thickness on the temperature field under 500W and 1500W laser cutting.Studies have shown that when the cutting speed is too fast,the power is too low,and the plate is too thick,the temperature of the material surface will not reach its melting point.Fast cutting speed,improve cutting efficiency.Secondly,through the single factor test method,the cutting experiment is carried out on the low carbon steel sheet used in the automobile body,and the slag height and the slit width are selected as the evaluation indicators of the laser cutting quality,and the typical process parameters of laser power,cutting speed and auxiliary gas pressure are studied.According to the influence law of defocus amount on cutting quality,a set of suitable process parameters are obtained.On this basis,the multi-objective optimization of laser cutting quality was carried out based on the response surface test.and cutting speed are the main factors affecting the slag height and slit width.Under the traditional 500W CNC laser cutting,the optimized cutting speed reaches 9m/min,an increase of 12.5%.Finally,a 7-DOF robot high-speed cutting system is designed by means of the relative motion of the laser single head and the plate to increase the cutting speed,that is,the 6-DOF robot is combined with a PLC-controlled mobile platform to further verify the car logo plate,window plate,side Laser high-speed cutting process of the surrounding connector board.0.7mm thick low carbon steel is cut with 1500W laser,0.55Mpa oxygen is used as auxiliary gas,and the final cutting speed can reach 20m/min in the preliminary test.
