With the development of national economy,the advantages of buried pipelines are increasingly recognized by the public,but they are also affected by natural phenomena and human activities,which of ten lead to problems of pipeline structure,such as breakage,bending deformation,leakage and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the structure health of pipelines.In view of the above problems,a bending-tor sional combined deformation monitoring method for large components is proposed,which can accurately,real-time and stably monitor the structural safety of large components such as pipelines,so as to achieve the purpose of pre-warning and early detection of problems and prevention of trouble.Improve economic benefits whilee nsuring the safety of life and property of employees and the surrounding people.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Aiming at the monitoring problem of pipeline deformation state,a method of bending and torsion combined deformation monitoring for large components is proposed.By using the traditional Hermite cubic spline interpolation fitting algorithm to calculate pipeline deflection,the results can be calculated accurately,but the spatial deformation morphology can not be obtained,and in the case of equidistant inclination sensor,The number of sensors arranged can not be odd.In view of its limitation in the arrangement of inclination sensor and the lack of ability in space deformation monitoring,a combined deformation monitoring method based on inclination measurement value and rational cubic spline fitting is proposed,which simplifies the requirement of sensor arrangement and realizes the deformation monitoring of bending and torsion combination.2.Based on the proposed method,the overall framework of the pipeline bending and torsion monitoring system is designed,which is divided into three functional units:acquisition node,convergence node and upper computer server,and the functions of information collection,data processing and transmission are realized.Relevant hardware and installation protective parts are designed,and corresponding embedded and upper computer software is written.Finally,the local server completes the real-time storage,analysis,calculation and display of data.3.The designed pipeline bending and torsion monitoring system and method are verified.It can be seen from the experimental results that the deformation value of the structure can be calculated more accurately by using the method of inclination measurement and rational cubic spline fitting.The relative error is less than 5%.The further analysis of the results shows that the shape control parameters are k related to the accuracy of the fitting.The closer the k is to 0.4,the more accurate the fitting results are.Finally,the algorithm and the system are applied to practical engineering to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and deformation monitoring system in practical engineering monitoring.Based on a combined bending and torsion deformation monitoring method of large component proposed in this paper,a monitoring system is designed.Through theoretical and experimental analysis,this method can monitor the deformation form of pipeline and has high accuracy.Compared with other deformation monitoring methods,this method has higher robustness.Even if there is sensor failure in the monitoring process,the fitting algorithm will not be affected.The Internet of things monitoring system can display the deflection and deflection curves of the measured structure in real time and can observe the results intuitively.
