As an inevitable environmental factor in the process of underground mining,coal dust is one of the main disasters that threaten the life safety of miners and cause economic losses.At present,there are many disadvantages such as water consumption and low efficiency of dust removal in the mine,such as spraying and dedusting.The technology of foam dedusting can make up for the above shortcomings.The traditional dust removal foam is prepared through the mixture of blowing agents.Although some scholars have begun to study the compound system of polymer and blowing agent,it is seldom discussed about the influence of such compound system on dust removal.Therefore,through theoretical analysis and experimental analysis,a low density polymer based coal dust foam was prepared,and the adsorption and agglomeration effect of the prepared dust foam on coal dust was explored.The specific results are as follows:A composite foaming solution with good foaming performance and strong wettability was prepared.By studying the mechanism of foam dust removal,the type of blowing agent suitable for coal dust is selected.By measuring the surface tension,foaming volume,wetting time and other parameters of the foaming solution,the composite composition,optimal concentration and composite ratio of the composite foaming solution were determined.Finally,when the foaming agent 2 and foaming agent 3 are compounded in the ratio of 3:2 and the concentration of foaming agent is 0.5%,the prepared foaming solution has the best performance,the foaming volume is 660 mL and the wetting time is 12.16 s.A foam inhibitor combined with polymer was prepared.The influence of polymer on the wettability,foaming properties and foam stability of the foaming solution was studied by combining the developed composite foaming solution with polymer.The results show that the addition of polymer will reduce the wettability of foaming solution to coal dust.Among the three.polymers,polymer PM has the least effect on the wettability of foaming solution.The addition of polymer PM can significantly reduce the foaming rate and increase the volume of foaming.Compared with the original foaming solution,when the polymer PM concentration is 0.03%,the foam liquid separation rate decreases by 20.6%and the foaming volume increases by 69.7%at 100s.The adsorption and agglomeration effects of foam on coal dust were analyzed.The difference of functional groups between raw coal and impregnated coal was studied by infrared spectrometer.The growth of peak strength of some functional groups of impregnated coal proved that the prepared dusting foam had good adsorption properties for coal dust.The differences of microstructure,particle size distribution,specific surface area and pore volume between raw coal and impregnated coal were studied by SEM,particle size analyzer,specific surface and pore size analyzer.The experimental results show that compared with raw coal,impregnated coal has obvious agglomeration,which improves the dust removal efficiency.Figure[54]Table[12]Reference[69]...
