Fiber laser cutting as a new cutting method because of its unique precision cutting method can achieve a continuous,stable and fast small cutting of glass fiber reinforced composite materials,can ensure the cutting quality and efficiency.However,due to the interaction between laser energy and glass fiber reinforced composites during laser cutting,the slit width of materials and the roughness of the material section are different.With the continuous development of precision technology,the processing of industrial products is becoming more and more miniaturized.This topic focuses on the laser cutting test of glass fiber reinforced composites with a thickness of 3mm,analyzes the impact of slit width,cutting taper,section roughness,heat affected zone width and other aspects on the cutting quality,and optimize the process parameters to improve the cutting quality.The main research contents are as follows:1)The research progress of laser cutting composites at home and abroad is systematically described.The test materials,test platform and test method are introduced.2)Observed by high-speed camera,the ablation morphology of glass fiber reinforced composite laser cutting is mainly distributed on the cutting surface and cutting section,and the ablation morphology is most obviously reflected on the upper surface of the material.According to the high-speed camera cutting situation,the cutting process parameters can be changed to keep the cutting process stable.3)The influence of single factor variable on slit width,section roughness and heat affected zone width was studied by changing single factor variable parameters;The results show that the trend of slit width and section roughness is consistent with the change of laser power and cutting speed.When the focus position and the auxiliary gas pressure change,the slit width,the roughness of the section and the change of the heat affected zone are different,so the parameter optimization should be studied separately.4)In order to optimize the process parameters and improve the cutting quality,orthogonal experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of laser power,cutting speed,auxiliary gas pressure and focus position on the laser cutting quality of glass fiber reinforced composites.In terms of slit width,the optimal test parameters are as follows:laser power 1800W,cutting speed 0.1 m/s,auxiliary gas pressure 0.4bar,focus position-3.0mm.For the section roughness of the material,the optimal test parameters are:laser power 1400W,cutting speed 0.15m/s,auxiliary gas pressure 0.4bar and focus position-3.0mm.The cutting process is stable and repeatable under this parameter.Figure[73]Table[9]Reference[80]...
