Spontaneous combustion of coal has become one of mine production disasters,seriously threatening the lives of underground workers.The 1st coal seam overlying 1st coal at Xinji No.2 Mine is mainly sandstone,which belongs to short distance coal seam mining with hard roof.During the mining process,the depleted section of the short-range coal seam will be connected by cracks,and the intensity of air leakage is complicated.As a result,the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf increases.Therefore,studying the law of air leaks in the goaf closely coal seams is of great significance to formulating scientific measures to prevent air leakage in the goaf.In this paper,a temperature program device is used to conduct low-temperature oxidation experiments on 1 coal and 1 coal,and the gas concentration of different coal samples from low-temperature oxidation varies with temperature.The production rate of CO and CO2 of coal 1 is greater than that of coal 1,and coal occurs naturally.The risk of ignition is greater.Two gases,CO and C2H4,are selected as the index gases for early prediction and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion;the shortest spontaneous ignition period model of Kalianjin is used to calculate the shortest spontaneous ignition period of coal.Secondly,on-site testing was carried out.Taking the 2101 mining area as the research object,using the barometer point-by-point measurement method,the energy level distribution of each enclosed wall in the 2101 mining area was measured.The energy level at the closed wall of the engine lane 210108 was the highest,and the return air flow in the airway 210103,210102 air tunnel closed wall,210100 air tunnel closed wall energy level is low;adopt the method of tracer gas experiment to explore the flow field and air leakage channel in the goaf,between the goaf area of 210108,210106,210102 working face of Shanghai Coal Mutual communication,210102 goaf and 210103 working face are connected with each other,and 210102 goaf and 210103 working face are connected with each other.Use the optimized index gas to determine the coal spontaneous combustion index parameters,establish the early warning response level of coal spontaneous combustion,and propose emergency treatment measures.Summarize the principles of the monitoring technology plan,and to conduct research on the technology of intensive multi-point monitoring of spontaneous combustion parameters of coal in short-range coal mines on the basis of this principle.Through theoretical research,explain the relationship between the air leakage in the goaf and the spontaneous coal combustion.For the unidentified air leakage channels,adopt reasonable layout and excavation replacement,comprehensive prevention and control and other macro-control measures.Governance measures.A comprehensive prevention and control system combining regional overall prevention and control and local air leakage control has been established.Figure[24]table[17]reference[80]...
