In recent years,with the development of underground mining machinery,the mine production has been continuously improved,but the dust in underground production is also more and more.As a disaster in the process of coal mine production,dust has always threatened the physical and mental health of underground operators and the safe and efficient production of coal mine.Dust control has increasingly become the focus of prevention and control.At present,the dust removal efficiency of most dust removal equipment in tunneling roadway is far from meeting the needs of safe production.In order to solve a series of problems brought by the above traditional dust removal device,this paper first studies the dust removal technology of fully mechanized mining face at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dust collectors at home and abroad,and designs an air-water linkage dust removal system suitable for the existing working face based on the existing foundation and combined with the actual situation of the mining face.The key components and installation of the wind water linkage dust collector,dehydration section and dust suction cover are designed.In order to determine the reasonable working parameters of the air-water linkage dust removal system,the studied roadway is modeled.Through CFD simulation,the air flow field and dust migration law of the fully mechanized mining face are systematically studied.Through the simulation analysis of the original roadway model,it can be seen that in the case of forced ventilation,the dust concentration near the height of the right breathing belt is greater than that on the left.The installation position of the dust suction port is behind the cutting part of the roadheader,and the dust removal effect will be better.Then,the roadway installed with the air-water linkage dust removal system is simulated,and the emission characteristics and distribution law of the head-on dust in the heading face under different conditions are compared and analyzed.It is determined that the best position of the dust suction port is 5m away from the working face,and the dust removal effect of the air-water linkage dust removal system is the best when the treatment air volume of the air-water linkage dust removal system is ? 300m3/min.According to the previous simulation results,the air-water linkage dust removal system is installed and debugged in 2304 rubber transportation trough heading face,and the dust concentration measurement experiment is carried out.The concentration characteristics of total dust and respiratory dust before and after starting the air-water linkage dust removal system are analyzed and compared with the simulation values to verify the correctness of the simulation.The results show that after the application of the wind water linkage dust removal system,compared with the existing dust removal technology,the total dust removal efficiency of each measuring point is increased by 38.7?55.4%,and the respiratory dust removal rate is increased by 31.2?42.9%.Figure[42]Table[8]Reference[74]...
