Research On The Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Bond Default Of Y Coal Enterprise

Reform began in 1978,the domestic bond market and the stock market,along with the economic recovery,step by step development.However,with the vigorous development of the bond market,the risk of bond default is also increasing,and more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the problem of risk management.How to identify and evaluate risks through risk management to minimize the risk of enterprises,so as to control risks and prevent risks has become a problem that enterprises have to face.In November 2020,Y coal company suddenly defaulted on its bonds,causing a huge shock to the market.As a state-owned enterprise with AAA credit rating,Y coal company defaulted on its bonds this time,breaking people's belief in highly rated state-owned enterprises.If not actively dealt with,it may trigger a chain reaction,and may even cause a huge impact on the entire financial market.Therefore,this paper studies the identification and evaluation of Y coal enterprise bond default risk from the perspective of risk management,which has strong theoretical significance and practical value.From the perspective of risk management,based on the relevant concepts and theories of bond and corporate bond default risk evaluation,this paper identifies and evaluates the bond default risk of Y coal enterprises with literature analysis method,entropy power method,hierarchical analysis method and material element extension method.first,The domestic and foreign literature is studied from the aspects of influencing factors,preventive measures,evaluation methods and bond default risk of coal enterprises;next,Corporate bond default risk,bond default risk evaluation and related theories are expounded;once more,From the collection of bond default risk information from internal environment and external environment,And to the bond default risk identification and analysis;From the secondary,Using the entropy right method,the hierarchical analysis method and the material element extension method to innovatively construct the bond default risk evaluation system of Y coal enterprise,And through the evaluation system of Y coal enterprise bond default risk is analyzed;last,According to the evaluation conclusion,the causes of the bond default are analyzed,And put forward the coping strategy of bond default risk.It is hoped to be helpful to the bond default risk management of Y coal enterprises and related coal enterprises,and to provide reference for the research of bond default risk in the future.
