Research On Safety Risk Assessment For Archives

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the archives industry has also developed rapidly.However,some natural disasters in recent years have caused major losses to archives,which has further aroused the country's great attention to the safety of archives.Through the security risk assessment of the archives,targeted measures can be taken to rectify existing security risk hidden dangers,thereby effectively reducing the probability of occurrence of security risks.According to the existing research on the archives' security risk assessment,there are no well-established methods for assessing the security risks of archives.The relevant researches of scholars tend to study the risks of archive information security.So far,there is no reasonable and feasible archive.The safety risk assessment index system and evaluation model are not conducive to the construction of the archive safety system.Therefore,first of all,this paper takes the construction of the archives security risk assessment index system as an entry point,combines the actual development of archives in China,and refers to the relevant laws,regulations,and regulations,etc.,and initially determines the methods through data collection,field research,and expert scoring.On the basis of the archives' security risk assessment indicators,the TOPSIS analysis method was used to screen them,and a set of archives security risk assessment index system consisting of 8 first-level indicators and 40 second-level indicators was constructed.Secondly,this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used assessment methods,and combines the characteristics of the archive itself,establishes an archive security risk assessment model based on the matter-element extension theory,and combines it with the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.Rights greatly improve the reliability of theassessment results.Finally,an empirical study of an archive shows that the overall security risk of the archive is very safe,but there are also some problems and deficiencies.The assessment results are basically in line with the actual situation,verifying the security of the archives constructed in this paper.The applicability and feasibility of the risk assessment indicator system and the evaluation model,and in response to the existing problems,put forward specific targeted rectification suggestions.Because there are few research literatures on archive security risk assessment methods at home and abroad,the purpose of this document is to provide theoretical basis and method for the security risk management and security risk assessment of archives in our country.It has important theoretical significance for the security risk assessment of our country's archives,and it can be widely used in the security risk assessment of archives.It is very important for promoting the healthy,green,shared and safe development of archives in our country significance.
