SiCp/Al composite materials are used in the manufacture of aircraft fuselages,advanced weapons and aero engines due to their excellent comprehensive performance.However,they face serious problems of icing,pollution,corrosion and abrasion during their service.Preparation of super-hydrophobic functional surface is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems and improve their service performance.Based on this,this paper studies the preparation and properties of the super-hydrophobic functional surface of SiCp/Al composites.At first,the SiCp/Al functional surface was prepared by chemical etching and laser etching combined with chemical etching,respectively.Secondly,the morphology,element composition and wettability of the sample surface were characterized by SEM,EDS,and contact angle meter.Through the finite element simulation and experiments,the structure of microgrooves with the best bounce performance was determined;And then the performance of the samples was analyzed from the aspects of anti-icing performance,anti-fouling performance and stability.The main research contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)The single-level microstructure surface was prepared by chemical etching method;the multi-level microstructure surface combining ordered microgrooves and disordered structure was prepared by laser etching combined with chemical etching method;the hydrophobic properties of the samples prepared by the two methods The results show that after the low surface energy treatment of the secondary microstructure surface,the contact angle reaches 163.80,the rolling angle is less than 1°,and the hydrophobicity is relatively strong;while the size of the SiC particles has a strong impact on the water contact The angle has little effect;in addition,the contact angle of the sample is related to the fluorine element content on the surface.(2)Analyze the bouncing process of droplets on the functional surface of the SiCp/Al composite material.The simulation results show that,compared with the triangular and trapezoidal microstructures,the rectangular and semicircular microstructures have better bouncing performance,and the rectangular microstructure has a larger surface pair.The droplets in the speed and volume range have good repellency;the experimental results verify the correctness of the simulation results,and show that the SiC particle size has little effect on the bounce performance.(3)The anti-icing performance and stability of the sample were studied,and the results showed that under the experimental conditions in this paper,the sample has the effects of reducing frosting,delaying icing,and reducing deicing load,and has a good Chemical,temperature and mechanical stability.With the increase of the SiC particle size,the anti-frost and anti-icing properties of the sample weaken,the chemical stability increases,and the temperature stability and mechanical stability do not change much.(4)The antifouling performance of the sample was studied,and the results showed that the sample has excellent antifouling performance,and the SiC particle size has no effect on it;multiple ice melting and sudden temperature changes have little effect on the antifouling performance of the surface;The mechanical deicing process has a certain effect on the surface antifouling performance,and its degree decreases with the decrease of the SiC particle size;acid corrosion reduces the surface antifouling performance,the smaller the SiC particle size,the greater the impact.
