In recent years,in order to speed up the development of China's traditional state-owned enterprises,China is trying to promote the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward corresponding plans from the strategic level.In February 2021,the general office of the State Council issued the notice on accelerating the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,which mentioned that the digital transformation will become the key engine of the company's high-quality development.It is not only a key field of competition among enterprises,but also an important field for China to build competitive advantage and seize the leading power of industry development.Accelerating the digital transformation requires state-owned enterprises to actively use the driving role of the stateowned economy to comprehensively grasp and induce the development trend of the new generation of information technology reform.This policy provides a direction for stateowned enterprises to explore digital transformation and drives state-owned enterprises to realize industrial transformation by using digital technology.The prosperity of the digital economy has new standards and tasks for financial management related work.Actively studying the transformation path of financial management in combination with the development law of the digital economy industry can fully highlight the important value of financial management.Based on transaction cost theory,synergy theory and strategic management theory,this paper studies the following problems:Based on the digital transformation practice of Chinalco,this paper studies the internal and external motivation,transformation method and path and final results of the implementation of financial digital transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises.Firstly,it discusses the motivation of Chinalco's implementation of financial digital transformation and upgrading,and analyzes it from the perspective of industry and enterprise interior.Secondly,it analyzes the path choice of Chinalco's specific implementation of financial digital transformation,and carries out the transformation from three perspectives:financial management organization reconstruction,process reengineering and industry finance integration.Finally,it discusses the achievements of the financial digital transformation of the case enterprise,and explains it from the perspectives of cost saving,enterprise competitiveness,innovation ability,governance level and financing cost.The research method adopts the single case study method.The main reason is that the single case study method is suitable for solving research problems such as "how to adjust","what causes it to become this state" and "what is the final effect".Compared with other research methods,this research method has the advantage of being able to deeply explain and form a systematic understanding of the events or phenomena we study,and understand the personalized communication methods and situations,obtaining a more accurate and perfect observation perspective,and the problems studied in this article just belong to the above three categories,so this method is used for research.The research object selected in this paper is Chinalco.The main reason is that Chinalco is a large state-owned enterprise in China and one of the first state-owned enterprises to implement financial digital transformation.Since the implementation of the transformation,it has also made certain achievements.There are many practical experiences that can be used for reference by the same type of enterprises that want to implement digital transformation.Through the case study,the following conclusions are drawn:first,in terms of the motivation of financial digital transformation,the domestic and foreign troubles faced by Chinalco jointly urge it to carry out financial digital transformation.From a macro perspective,in recent years,Chinalco's production process is relatively backward,unable to produce the required high-end aluminum materials,and then there is surplus in the output of traditional aluminum materials,resulting in losses of the enterprise;From a micro perspective,Chinalco's internal chaotic financial management process and a large number of "data islands" provide a direct motivation for its financial digital transformation;Second,from the perspective of the path of financial digital transformation,Chinalco takes the realization of the value creation goal of all organizations as the basic principle.Through the reconstruction of financial management organization,process reengineering and business financial integration,Chinalco carries out the transformation by creating a financial digital transformation of process standardization,business intelligence and digital information platform,which is in line with its strategic goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Third,from the perspective of the effect of financial digital transformation,the financial digital transformation will help Chinalco reduce the sales expenses,management expenses and financing costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and improve the level of corporate governance and innovation ability.This paper has the following research significance.The theoretical research significance has two points:first,it provides a reference for the expansion of the existing theoretical basis and provides a new direction for the digital transformation of enterprise finance.Second,Chinalco,as the main force of digital financial transformation of stateowned enterprises,has encountered bottlenecks in the financial digital transformation mode and thought out good countermeasures.It also has a strong reference value for the implementation of digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in our country,and can help us continuously improve the theoretical discussion on the digital transformation of excellent traditional state-owned enterprises in our country.There are three practical research significance:first,it has reference significance for other enterprises to carry out financial digital transformation.Secondly,promote the deeper digital transformation of China's stateowned enterprises.Finally,the analysis of the article provides some reference and Enlightenment for our government to formulate policies to encourage state-owned enterprises to carry out financial digital transformation.Finally,the following enlightenment is obtained:first,from the perspective of the necessity of digital transformation,the industry dilemma and internal contradictions of Chinalco show that it is necessary to implement financial digital transformation.Second,in terms of the economic consequences of digital transformation,after Chinalco implemented the financial digital transformation,its management expenses,sales expenses and financing costs have been reduced to a certain extent,and its governance level,innovation ability and profitability have been greatly improved.Third,from the successful experience of implementing digital transformation,for enterprises,first of all,in the process of transformation,we need to communicate and cooperate with institutions with rich practical experience in digital transformation reform.Secondly,in the financial digital transformation,we should improve the digital level of financial information system.Finally,we need to pay attention to the re training of financial personnel.For the government,the government should strive to strengthen the policy support for the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.Improve the quality of government services,make policy support more accurate,and enable state-owned enterprises to gradually regard the people's government as the"terminal server" of digital reform.The authorities should seriously explore and clarify the strategic proposition and supporting strategies to promote the digital layout of state-owned enterprises,revitalize the strategic advantages of Finance and taxation,investment,human capital,property rights and factor resources,and actively promote the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises.The research purpose of this article is to provide reference basis for the implementation of financial digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,help this type of enterprises that are carrying out or preparing to carry out financial digital transformation to think about the problems existing in their own reform plan,enrich the case content of financial digital transformation of state-owned enterprises,and provide reference experience for the financial digital transformation of state-owned enterprises in our country in the future.
