Study On Digital Transformation Path Of Sports Goods Enterprises In Henan Province

With the rapid development of our digital economy in recent years,digital economy has become an important engine of our economic growth.Under the background of national enlarging,strengthening,and improving the digital economy,the sports industry in our country begins to actively integrate to the digital economy,and the digital transformation of sports industry becomes an important way of our country sports industry’s high-quality development.Specific to microcosmic view,Chinese enterprises are rising a digital transformation and upgrading to "new generation user value" as guidance.In this context,the digital transformation of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province,so as to promote the highquality development of sports goods manufacturing industry in Henan Province,and then improve the scale of sports industry in Henan Province,and finally boost the construction of a strong province of sports in Henan Province.This paper adopts literature method,logical analysis method,PEST analysis method,interview method,case analysis method and field investigation method,and combines industrial integration theory,value chain theory and technology-economy paradigm theory to take the digital transformation path of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province as the research object.Through the theoretical analysis,current situation and problem analysis,and case empirical analysis of the digital transformation of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province,the paper puts forward the digital transformation path of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province.Finally,this study concludes:(1)Digital transformation of sports goods enterprises is conducive to creating new competitiveness of sports goods enterprises,scientific decision-making of sports goods enterprises and value creation of sports goods enterprises.The contents of digital transformation of sports goods enterprises mainly include: digital infrastructure is the support of digital transformation of sports goods enterprises;The integration of related businesses is the key to the digital transformation of sports goods enterprises.The related businesses mainly involve the digital transformation of research and development design,production and manufacturing,operation and management and marketing.The number of scale.The enterprises’ digital transformation path is as follows: Firstly,the digital infrastructure of the enterprise is gradually promoted,secondly,the production and manufacturing end of the enterprise begins the digital transformation,and the traditional manufacturing mode is transformed to the intelligent manufacturing mode.Finally,the production efficiency of sports goods enterprises is improved.(5)In view of the problems existing in the digital transformation of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province,combined with the case demonstration,fully considering the characteristics of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises,following the special and general development law,the paper puts forward the path of digital transformation of sports goods enterprises in Henan Province as follows: make full use of relevant external resources,accelerate the application of digital technology in enterprises;According to the current situation of the enterprise,from the local digital transformation to the whole department digital transformation;We will vigorously develop digital empowerment and promote enterprises to develop in the direction of "specialized,refined and innovative".
