In order to meet consumers' needs for individualization and customization of products,enterprises need to continuously improve their production models so that the mixed-flow assembly lines which are compatible with the production of different products can gradually gain the favor of enterprises.To ensure the efficient operation of the mixed-flow assembly line,the problem of the production sequence of the mixed-flow assembly production system of the enterprise was studied.First,the characteristics of the mixed-flow assembly production system and the production sequencing were introduced in this paper.Taking the production system of a wooden window manufacturing enterprise as the research object,the production status of the wooden window final assembly workshop was understood on the spot.It was found that the production sequence of the mixed-flow assembly line for wooden windows still needs to be optimized,thus the problem of the production sequence of the mixed-flow assembly line of the wooden window enterprise was studied.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical research on the production sequence of the mixedflow assembly line,the writer fully considered the characteristics and constraints of the actual production of the mixed-flow assembly line of wooden windows in this enterprise,and then established the optimization goal of the production sequence of the paper:the uniform consumption of parts and the shortest minimum production cycle.According to the current situation of the enterprise's assembly line,a mathematical model of the uniform consumption of parts and the shortest minimum production cycle period was established.According to the characteristics of solving the production scheduling problem,an adaptive genetic algorithm and a genetic algorithm based on taboo search were designed to solve the problem,and the realization process of the main operators of the adaptive genetic algorithm and the hybrid algorithm was described in detail.By solving the model of the production sequence problem of the wooden window mixed-flow assembly line,the optimal production scheduling order based on the actual production situation of the wooden window was obtained,which improved the production efficiency of the wooden window mixed-flow assembly line.By analyzing and comparing the effects before and after production scheduling optimization,the variance of component consumption after optimization was reduced,and the consumption of components was more balanced.The completion time of the assembly line within one MPS was shortened from the original 7590s to 6983s.It is calculated that the sequence production optimized by the hybrid genetic algorithm under ideal conditions has been reduced by 8%compared with the current production sequence time,which means 10 to 12 minutes will be saved with every 126.5 minutes'production,and the overall utilization of the station has been improved.Finally,according to the structure and characteristics of the wooden window mixed-flow assembly production system,the simulation framework of the wooden window mixed-flow assembly line was formulated.Using the simulation software Plant Simulation,the modeling and simulation of the model with the shortest minimum cycle period was carried out to further verify the reliability of the hybrid genetic algorithm in solving the optimization problem of the production sequence of the mixed-flow assembly line and analyze the utilization rate of the station,the result of which shows that the sequence of production plays a certain role in improving the balance of the assembly line.This paper aims to improve the sequence of mixed-flow assembly and production in a wooden window manufacturing enterprise,and focuses on the optimization of the sequence of mixed-flow production.The results of the study can provide reference for the enterprise to design the mixed-flow assembly line,put the production of mixed products into order,stabilize production and improve assembly line efficiency.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance.
