Grouting anchor support technology is an effective method to maintain large deformation roadway under complex geological conditions.However,the current research on the interaction mechanism between grouting anchor and surrounding rock is not mature,which leads to the unreasonable selection of grouting anchor support parameters in engineering,and anchor breakage accidents often occur.Therefore,based on the engineering background of a mine in Shanxi Province,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site monitoring methods,this thesis studies the deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock,the failure mechanism of anchor cable breaking and anchoring structure when grouting is not carried out,and the anchoring mechanism of grouting anchor cable.A grouting anchor cable model considering tension shear composite breaking effect is established,and the grouting anchor cable supporting parameters are optimized and applied Good results have been achieved in engineering practice.The results are as follows:(1)A rock mass model based on strain softening and heterogeneity is established to reveal the shear failure characteristics of rock mass under compression and the stress distribution and deformation failure characteristics of surrounding rock of strong mining roadway.(2)A modified mechanical model of groutless anchor cable structure considering axial tensile fracture is established,and the supporting effect and anchoring failure mechanism of groutless anchor cable structure are studied.(3)In this thesis,a mechanical model of grouting anchor cable considering tensile shear fracture effect is established,and the mechanism of grouting anchor cable supporting rock mass in axial and tangential direction is analyzed.(4)Based on the grouting anchor cable model considering the tensile shear composite breaking effect,the grouting anchor cable supporting parameters are optimized,and the reasonable selection of supporting parameters is applied to the engineering practice,so that it can maintain the stability of the roadway and avoid the anchor cable breaking phenomenon.This paper has 74 figures,7 tables and 100 references.
