As an important energy in China,coal resources are dominant in energy consumption.Thus,China has formed an energy structure highly dependent on coal resources.However,contrary to the relatively high occupation and utilization rate of coal,the safety level of coal production in China is far from reaching the world average level.The mining of coal resources in China is mainly based on well work,where the underground operations are complex and changeable,which can easily lead to a variety of risk factors,such as gas,transportation and floods accidents,and economic losses can be caused.In addition,the safety management level of China’s coal production enterprises is relatively low.The death rate per million tons of coal production is still far higher than the world average.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct an overall evaluation of the coal mines and make predictions and warnings based on this.Based on the above background,this paper uses coal mine production as a system for research.Traditional research focuses on a specific aspect of work or a specific disaster and accident,instead of starting from the overall situation of coal mines.This article,which takes into consideration of the characteristics and safety factors of coal mine production in China,builds a coal mine safety situation evaluation index system by exploring the five aspects of "people,machines,environment,method,and management" and the seven common disasters of gas,transportation,machinery,electrical,flood,roof and tailings dam failure,using dynamics and statics as the dividing standard;Secondly,the combination of BWM multi-criteria decision-making and entropy weight method is used to obtain comprehensive weights.Finally,an evaluation method of coal mine safety status based on the number of safety warnings is established.At last,based on the analysis of the dynamic and static factors that affect coal mine safety production,the paper takes Hoerxinhe coal mine as the evaluation object,and obtains calculation data based on field research,consulting experts and coal mine internet monitoring,so that the safety production situation of Hoerxinhe Coal Mine in the third quarter was calculated.The results show that the overall situation of safety production in Hoerxinhe Coal Mine is at a good level,which is in line with actual production conditions.With the monitoring of the coal mine safety situation be achieved,and the self-reflection and self-improvement abilities of coal production enterprises can be strengthened.
