With China’s growing demand for oil and gas, the laying of long-distance pipeline has entered a peak period. For china is a country of multi-mine, and mine is one of our major energy, the case that pipeline through coal mine goaf is increasing, which brought great influence to the safety of the pipeline. The study on safety evaluation of coal mine goaf pipeline will be more important.Firstly, on the basic of data research related to mining subsidence theory and pipeline safety evaluation method at home and abroad, the whole study content, target, and the technical route are established, which are combined with the inherent characteristics of coal mine goaf pipelineSecondly, in order to clarify the deformation characteristics and laws of coal mined area pipe, a study are conducted based on the theory of rock movement of strata and surface movement caused by underground mining, which describes the mobile laws and features of the movement of overlying rock strata and the ground in coal minded area, and analyzed the failure mechanism and form in accordance with these laws and features.It presents a preliminary judgment method of the safety of pipeline in Coal mine goaf influence scope On the basis of SY/T0330-2004"recommended practice for movement of in-service pipelines", and this method is verified with the corresponding examples.In order to reach a further understanding of the influence of coal mining activities on pipeline, the force condition of mined-out subsiding pipeline is analyzed, and the mechanical model of mined-out subsiding pipeline is established. Though the finite element software ABAQUS, relevant conclusions on the deformation of coal minded area pipeline in the process of coal mining and under various working conditions are got. By application of pipeline failure criterion of stress-based theory and strain-based theory on coal mine goaf pipeline, Failure judgment can be adopt on the simulation of stress and the strain value of the finite element software ABAQUS, and then a comparison of the result of two failure criterion are made.Finally, the content and process of the safety evaluation methods are briefly described, from various evaluation methods, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate safety for coal mine goaf pipeline, which resolve a lot of fuzzy factor and uncertainty in the process of coal minded area pipeline safety evaluation. On the basis of research findings and large amounts of materials collection, coal mine goaf pipeline safety evaluation index system was established, and fuzzy hierarchy method is applied to calculate the weight of each indicator. Combined with the concrete engineering examples, the method established in this article is adopted for application assessment testing, and safety degree of pipeline can be got.
