Research On The Design Of Combined Intelligent Conference Table Based On User Experience

The main research object of this paper is the modular intelligent conference table serving users in the office space.Under the background of intelligence,people's work and lifestyle have changed.Sitting at the desk for a long time causes health risks.Conference tables have a direct impact.Office furniture with a healthy concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.At the same time,the convenience brought by intelligent technology has been recognized by people,and new requirements have been put forward for the use experience of the conference table.In this context,this topic is guided by the concept of user experience to develop the design of the conference table.The research content is as follows:First,use the literature research method to analyze the development status of smart office models and office furniture at home and abroad,and briefly describe the feasibility and necessity of smart conference tables;Summarize the definition,research scope,hierarchical model and design principles of user experience design,and construct a conference table design process based on user experience.Second,collect data through questionnaire surveys to classify users,define the target user group for conference table design,and analyze user group characteristics,including psychology and behavior.Use desktop research and user interview methods to obtain the target users' requirements for conference tables in the office space,qualitatively analyze and refine the design requirements list;Use the Kano model as a guide to design a quantitative questionnaire to obtain users' evaluations of refinement needs,classify product demand attributes according to the results of the questionnaire,and combine the Better-Worse coefficient analysis to calculate the satisfaction coefficient of demand elements,construct a quartile chart,and clarify the demand elements priority.Finally,Finally,the design practice was carried out based on the conclusions obtained in the previous period,and the design of the conference table under the office space was accurately positioned,and a conceptual design plan was generated.Innovative design of the form,structure,and function of the conference table,to achieve flexible and diverse usage scenarios,intelligent and efficient conference interaction,and healthy and comfortable conference posture.This topic explores the design of conference tables through user experience design concepts,designs products from the user's perspective,improves user satisfaction,optimizes users' experience in office space,and provides new ideas for the current conference table design innovation.
